Like the title sugest, i am looking for a mod where i can request a spike strip while being in a chase. I know there is a mod called Spike Strips V, but i do not want to place them myself, i want to be able to request them while chasing a suspect. Is there a mod for that?

There is the Ultimate Backup plugin by BejoIjo, the same person who made stop the ped. It can replace the whole backup menu, and features spike strips and roadblocks. Hope this helps!

As mentioned by Patent, Ultimate Backup, it has spikestrips as a pursuit backup option. Additionally, Automatic Roadblocks will place spikestrips ahead of you, or can be manually requested during a pursuit. (However spikes generally aren't placed until pursuit condition 3+. You can wait for it to get there or raise it yourself when a pursuit is active)

For the above, I just installed Ultimate Backup, and I am afraid it does not include spike strips or backup, if you attempt to initiate both, it will stay "plugin missing or not installed" when using grammar police. Automatic Roadblocks will activate on their own but not with a call out. 

It boggles my mind I see so many creators using this feature but none of them share what mod they are using.
To state again Ultimate Backup as of 2025 does not do the following it says it does.

1. allow roadblock or spike strip call-outs through grammar police
2. does not allow tow-truck or coroner call-out through grammar police.

 

Not seen any object that resembles a spike-mat.
Virtually there are no reason for not having tyre-punkture, there are methods for blowing tyres on a focused car, but it would look weird without a physical object.
(Then on top of that there are the gameplay situation, because where is the gameplay in just throwing a spike-mat and catch the purps almost without afford..
