Because all extra slots are used for ELS and other things. 

You can remove the pushbar :) Its on a extra slot.

Yes i did :D At the moment there is only one livery on it. In the next update i will add 5+ liveries. :)

@t0y i use an edited version of natural vision & own reshade+enb. So it's only private at the time.

@Kane104 Oh sry. Then it's yours. The texture has a watermark with "Made by LT.CAINE". I think its just a texture edit. A guy from discord send me the alpr and i didn't know to 100% who made it.

No they dont :D its a extra part, so you can put them on or off or disable them in the ELS config. Just a unrealistic "tuning" for people who want to have some extra lights.

I'm fairly sure out of the hundreds of LAPD, LASD, CHP, ect, vehicles that I see. That's the reason as to why I have never seen anything hanging from the rear view mirror :D

 

Just saying for terms of realism, its a bit of a wonky law that sometimes takes affect and sometimes is overruled, but police departments would rather steer around that in case of any sort of situation.

Thats true :D But i love the animation. BxBugs vehicles gave me the idea. So i made it myself for my vehicles. Just a little detail.
