Both vehicles mentioned are paid, you should be able to find any 21 Tahoe and make this work. Otherwise I would track down the sites for Dean Fleet or Ripple. -
I am not exactly sure what you mean, has to be something you did on your end as this is the first I am hearing of such a thing. Feel free to expand further on what you are experiencing so I might be able to assist further, or reach out via my discord. -

Basic LASD/K9 skin that I believe should fit most 2021 Tahoe models, used a template from Dean Fleet and is on 21 Tahoe by Ripple as pictured. I know the dog on the K9 should be a German Shepherd, but I am super partial to Maligators so that's what I did. I always will go from Photoshop to Paint.net to save as A8 then OpenIV and adjust MipMaps, yet still getting that green hue at times. Maybe I am missing a step but think I am doing it right? Appreciate you taking the time to comment, still refining my skills as I am only a few months into this adventure. -

Everything in this pack besides the belt and the shoes are added textures, as in they will not replace anything that you currently have in game. For the belt and the shoes there are no extra texture slots available so it is your choice if you want to swap something out with what I have done. I just have never been a fan of the OD Green that everyone uses, always been too bright for me so dulled it down some. This is the same pack as my LASD SEB set so if you already have that you will just need the SHIRT and VEST out of this pack. All 4 variations of the shirt are included. Install instructions provided in download READ ME Shoes, holster gloves, headset, vest and helmet by Thinlinesanctuary Shirt and Pants by Hanako (G3 Set) Belt by Crunchycat Vest by pyro's dev shop only because it was free. It is a paid resource you would need to have pre installed. The file is also not in your EUP as it is an add-on so would be with your DLC packs. -

The more I tried to add to this the worse it looked, this car just kind of speaks for itself as far as looks so I figured keep it simple stupid. I have this one marked as Sign_2 but you can always change it to Sign_1 if that is what you prefer to replace.
