I know it is supposed to be a K9 vest, but who can really tell.. dlcpacks/EUP/dlc.rpf/x64/eup_componentpeds.rpf/mp_m_freemode_01 I have them marked as Task_diff_005 as that is where they fit best in my game, you might need to change it to Task_diff_002 depends on where you have it installed. Had to complete the set and wanted something different. I have been changing the 8B8 when I take the texture back into OpenIV for the first time and when I export into the file I am going to upload. I am using PS so I will look for an option in there before I even go from PSD to DDS, thanks for the advice. As well I just started 10 days ago this was all just practice as well as things I have wanted to see, not sure if there will be any packs or such, but will keep that in mind for future ref.

As a prior service Marine it was hard to create a fictional uniform as it is something we take quite serious. It's a game though right, and it was cool to type USMC into a save slot.
