This pack will allow you to utilize all vehicles included with the Skys Texas packs. All vehicles are included in some way by form of special unit types and different
jurisdictions. As a bonus, the US Border Patrol and Unmarked packs are also included, along with Jank Modding's TXDPS 2023 RAM Classic. 
 
Special units are custom backup options which you can call for different types of situations/areas or for roleplaying purposes.
Local and SAHP HEAT and Offroad backup types.  Call in a supervisor whenever a karen demands it.  Commercial Vehicle Enforcement thru Texas DPS, and Grapeseed via McKinney PD.  Custom coded uniforms for LSPD, LSSD, SAHP, Plano PD, and McKinney PD. No 3rd party assets required beyond EUP 9.7+! US Border Patrol backup type for dealing with illegal aliens.  LifeFlight Helicopter for an EMS air rescue.

Installation Instructions
Configs Install:
- BACK UP ORIGINAL FILES!
  I am not responsible if you did not back up your original files before installing. 
- Drag n drop the three Ultimate Backup .xml files into
  GTA V Directory -> Plugins -> LSPDFR -> Ultimate Backup
- Replace when asked. 
 
Wardrobe.ini instructions:
- Navigate to
  GTA V Directory -> Plugins -> EUP
Merge method:
- Open my wardrobe.ini file, right click, select all, copy
- Open your wardrobe.ini, scroll to bottom, hit Enter twice if needed, 
  right click, paste
  - Make sure all the outfit entries are evenly spaced when pasting!
Replace method: 
- Back up your original wardrobe.ini
  I am not responsible if you did not back up your files. 
- Copy my wardrobe.ini to the location above
  Replace when asked. 
 
Final Notes and Known issues:
 - These configs were intended for use with EUP 9.7 or newer. Older versions of EUP (9.6, 9.3, 8.3, 7.2, etc.) will NOT work. 
 - Backup units will not respond wearing the regular LSSD or LSPD uniforms. To get uniforms that match these peds for your character, see above for the wardrobe.ini install instructions.

Central FL doesn't get any love on here so I decided to give it some. This pack is based off one of the most popular counties in FL, Orange County. I tried to make the lighting as accurate as possible so this is a non-els/ELS pack so you need to have SSLA(32 sirens mod) installed to make all the lights work properly.
 
All vehicles have:
movable spotlights (by pressing control and shift)
working takedowns
scene lights
as well as trunk equipment all based off of what they use. This is a good-sized pack including ghosted and unmarked cars. All of these cars have the yellow gov. plates on them except the low profile Durango.  Huge thanks to @JankModding for making the plates. Also would like to thank @Echooo for finding all the references of these beautiful cars.
 
The K9 Tahoes rear windows are opened by extras so they won't go back up if you fix the car
The unmarked impala has extras to enable more lights and a rambar. 
The ghost units and Durango also have white lights in the pattern which automatically turn off when you exit the vehicle.

MTFO
Enhance traffic control and AI behavior when you are responding to a call with your lights and siren active. MTFO aims to create a more realistic and immersive experience by making the AI drivers react in a more intelligent and 'human-like' way to your sirens, rather than swerving all over the place.
 
Disclaimer:
GTA AI is extremely temperamental, and you may encounter some edge cases and odd AI behavior; these issues will be addressed in later updates. Please report any problems 😁

Features:
Extensive customization of AI actions via the MTFO.ini file. Configuration is reloaded when going on/off duty.
Opticom Intersection Control: As you approach intersections with traffic lights, this feature will automatically turn the light green in your direction. This can be disabled via the EnableOpticom setting in the configuration file.
Intelligent Yielding: On highways, vehicles traveling in the same direction as you will switch lanes if they are blocking your path, if no lane is available they will attempt to come to a smooth stop on the wide of the road. They will attempt to find a safe space to pull over if you are in the furthermost right lane.
Oncoming Traffic Braking: Vehicles in the oncoming lane will slow down or come to a stop as you pass them on highways, rather than aggressively swerving. This is controlled by the EnableOncomingBraking setting.
Dynamic Intersection Clearing: When you are approaching a major intersection (with traffic lights or stop signs), cross-traffic will be instructed to stop, clearing the way for you without having to navigate around other vehicles. Toggled via EnableIntersectionControl.
Around Player Overtaking: When you are stopped, vehicles behind you will attempt to safely overtake your vehicle rather than getting stuck behind you. This is particularly useful during traffic stops or when you are stationary on a roadway for any reason. This is managed by the EnableAroundPlayerLogic setting.

With the update to v4, the custom yielding now primarily functions on freeways/highways to make yielding more realistic in these scenarios. Please do not use your old ini; replace it with the new one; it will not function properly with v4, as I have rewritten the majority of the codebase.

The new era of LSPDFR is here.
After two years of development, it's here. Policing Redefined is a LSPDFR plugin similar to popular plugins such as Stop The Ped, Ultimate Backup by Bejoijo, LSPDFR+, or Arrest-Manager by Albo1125. It aims to provide an even more feature-rich and immersive experience to your LSPDFR Patrol, advancing ped and traffic stops as well as adding additional vehicle stops and on-foot traffic stops.
And that is just a small portion of what PR (Policing Redefined) has to offer!
 
Installation:
Extract the contents of the downloaded Policing Redefined v[VERSION].zip archive. Drag-and-drop the contents of the "GTAV MAIN DIRECTORY" folder into your GTA 5 root directory. Read the "Get Started" guide on our site  
After installing your Settings/ folder will be empty, which is normal!
Go on duty at least once: PR will generate them then.

Policing Redefined has a ton of features which all cannot be listed here. However here is a rundown of the biggest:
Ped Interaction: Custom questioning menu, field sobriety tests, Front/Back cuffing, citations, and more. Inventory Management: Store and bag evidence, test substances, replenish ammo, and more. Backup: Call police, fire, and EMS with a full RTS style management menu to assign tasks to each unit.

This is a BETA. This means that you may encounter bugs, crashes, weird behaviors, etc.

Just another small mod for a quality of life feature. I'm always forgetting the name of the subjects I'm out with so I decided to develop a little plugin that will help remind me
 
Just walk up to any ped and press "U" to show their name/birthday on screen for 10 seconds! A fun side effect is that it will work on police units too, so your partner and other units on scene have their own names!
 
When you first launch the game and go on duty it will create a .ini file that allows you to customize the values for:
-Key that displays the ID information
-Time the ID information is shown on screen
-Distance the plugin will scan for the nearest ped
 
This mod was made by myself with the assistance of ChatGPT for guidance and formatting. Please don't upload anywhere else, but feel free to use the code for your own plugins!

Unless you live under a rock, you should be aware by now that FHP unveiled their newest car to the fleet, a one-off 2023 Corvette C8 Stingray.

So, I set out to make one as close as I could and here it is.

Federal Signal Lighting
All blue and white like FHP

NOTES:

The lighting is NOT 100% accurate. ELS is limited so the park patterns and other cool lighting isn't present here. 
The interior is as close as I could get it to the real life counterpart with the resources I have.

I never intended on this being a 1 to 1 copy, so if that's what you're looking for, it isn't this one. 

But if you're someone like me who doesn't really care if every detail is PERFECT, this may be up your alley.

The els xml does have a "park pattern" being utilized. All it does is slow down the speed of the lights to a more slower, steady flash similar to the real-life variant.

I’m proud to present the Taser X26 stun gun replacement mod for GTA V.
 
Includes the base X26 model, a variant with the XDPM module attached, and a variant with the X26c Camera attached.
 
Also included are texture variants for black and yellow and 3 different cartridge texture variants for 15 (Yellow), 21 (Silver), 25 (Green) foot ranges.

Main Installation
Choose a model variant (Base, Cam, or XDPM). Open weapons.rpf inside of \mods(if enabled)\\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday8ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\ using OpenIV. Click “Edit mode” button inside of OpenIV (right of the path box). Replace w_pi_stungun+hi.ytd, w_pi_stungun_hi.ydr, w_pi_stungun.ytd, and w_pi_stungun.ydr using files from selected model variant above. Close OpenIV and start GTA V.  
Note: Installation directions written for patch v1011. Other patch versions installation may differ.
 
Installation of texture variants
To install texture variants replace the appropriate w_x26_XX.png in w_pi_stungun+hi.ytd and the w_x26_XX_low.png in w_pi_stungun.ytd.

Installation
Extract the contents of the ZIP file.
Copy everything from the 'Grand Theft Auto V' folder directly into your main GTAV directory.
This includes the plugins folder with SuspectSense.dll and plugins/LSPDFR/SuspectSense.ini.
Configuration (SuspectSense.ini)
You can customize SuspectSense to fit your playstyle:

How It Works

 Description
After a long time, effort, and dedication, the first version of the DisarmThePed plugin for Grand Theft Auto V Fully LSPDFR Compatible is finally here!
This mod, directly inspired by the “DropTheWeapon Mod” from Fenix2525WOT, allows players to disarm Peds in the game and make them surrender.
This Plugin has been developed with LSPDFR usage in mind, so YOU CAN’T DISARM emergency service members, such as cops, firefighters, SWAT, army, etc.
The Script No Longer Depends on ScriptHookVDotNet.
 
 Features
DisarmThePedLSPDFR.Ini File for Script Configuration: Keyboard and Controller Activation, Disarm Chances, Resist Chances...
 
Disarm by Keyboard (E) or Controller(DPadRight) Input (Configurable in .ini): The player can Disarm any Ped in the game Aiming at Ped and using Keyboard or Controller.-
 
Disarm Peds by Shooting on Arms: The player can Disarm any Ped in the game if Shoot the Ped on Arms or Some Upper Body Parts.
 
Different Ped Responses: After ordering a suspect to drop the weapon, they can react in two ways:
Dropping the weapon and surrendering Attacking the player. Flee starting a pursuit. After Disarm A Suspect by Shooting Him, There are many Reactions for him:
   - Depending on Situation, Will Surrender, Flee or Attack to You.
 
    (Plugin Configurable in DisarmThePedLSPDFR.ini)
  Keyboard Key and Controller Button: By Default: Keyboard (E) or Controller(DPadRight).
 
  BaseChance: This is the base probability of disarming the character when the disarm key is pressed. By default, it is set to 60.
 
  PedLessHealthChance: Indicates how much the disarm probability increases when the health of the targeted character is less than that of the player.
 
  PedMeleeArmed: How much the disarm probability decreases if the targeted character is armed with a melee weapon.
  PedPistolArmed: How much the disarm probability decreases if the targeted character is armed with a pistol.
  PedHeavyArmed: How much the disarm probability decreases if the targeted character is armed with a rifle, sniper, or shotgun.
 
  CopsInRadiusChances: How much the disarm probabilities increase if there are more cops in the radius.
  NoCopsInRadiusChances: How much the disarm probabilities decrease if there are fewer cops in the radius.
 
  SurrenderProbability: Probabilities of Targeted Character Surrendering After Being Shot in Hand.
  FleeProbability: Probabilities of Targeted Character Fleeing After Being Shot in Hand.
  AttackProbability: Probabilities of Targeted Character Attacking You After Being Shot in Hand.
 
  EnableNotifications: Enable/Disable Notifications.
  EnableVoice:  Enable/Disable Yell audio when attempting to disarm the suspect.
 
 Future Features
This section will be updated with planned features for future versions of the mod.
Enhanced suspect reactions: Improve the interaction between the mod and the game's ragdoll mechanics to provide smoother and more natural reactions for suspects. This includes refining their behaviors after being disarmed to eliminate abrupt transitions and enhance realism. Expanded Voice Variety: Currently, the plugin uses a limited selection of voice lines, mainly from the sheriff voice pack. Future updates will introduce a greater variety of male and female voices to enhance realism and immersion.  
 Installation
Download the latest release of DisarmThePedLSPDFR from this repository. Paste the files into your main GTA V folder. If you were using a previous version of this mod (which depended on ScriptHookVDotNet), delete the following files from the Scripts folder in your GTA V directory: DisarmThePed.dll DisarmThePed.ini Note: This version has been reworked as an LSPDFR Plugin and no longer requires ScriptHookVDotNet.
 
 Knowns Bugs / Limitations
Weapon respawn on ped inventory, so they keep Shooting - Some Peds (Like Strip Club Security Guards) Are Hardcoded, so will Spawn a New Weapon After Being Disarmed.
(This behavior is related to how certain NPCs are programmed in GTA V and should not affect the overall experience with LSPDFR.)

Ransom Ambience is a LSPDFR plugin that implements location-based ambient events to increase realism
during your patrols across Los Santos and Blaine County.
 
Features
Variety: Ransom Ambience offers you plenty of events of which some even have different scenarios! This way you won't get bored and you don't have to play the same stuff over and over again. The plugin is also under active development which means that new events are added every update to keep you busy during your patrols across the whole map!
  Lightweight: Ransom Ambience isn't heavily scripted which gives you the full range of opportunities on how you want to deal with an event.
You want to arrest the ped? Go on. You want let the ped go? Go on. You want to ignore the crimes they are commiting? Sure, go on. No annoying scripting that forces you to do something or react in some kind of way. It's just you and your own judgement!
  Location System: Ransom Ambience is dependent on the zone/neighborhood that you are currently in. Some events have a higher chance of occuring in certain areas while others have a lower chance of occuring or don't occur at all. Want action? Try patrolling in high-crime neighborhoods but pay close attention to your surroundings. Want to relax? Just patrol in a different area of the map, sit back and enjoy your chill patrol with only small crimes happening.
  Customizable: Don't like the probabilities of crimes in certain areas? Want to increase or decrease action in certain areas? Well, no problem! Ransom Ambience allows you to fully customize the chances of crimes occuring. Read the README of the 'RansomAmbience' folder for a (almost) step-by-step tutorial on how to adjust your game experience.
  Pursuit System: Ransom Ambience of course offers you plenty of situations where you are able to participate in a pursuit. However, can you still remember how I was talking about your freedom of dealing with events? Exactly: You are not forced to participate in a pursuit, instead you will be asked if you want to initiate a pursuit. If not, simply ignore the prompt and continue your patrol!   
Requirements

As already mentioned the ambient events are location-based meaning certain events have a higher chance of
occuring at certain places while others have a lower chance.
 
In order for events to spawn you have to make yourself available for calls which you can do using two ways:
1. If you use "GrammarPolice" you have to change your status to "Available" (e.g. going 10-8/Code 4).
2. You can open your LSPDFR interaction menu (default: M), go to "Police Radio" and switch "Available for calls" to "Yes".
If you want events to happen regardless whether you are available for calls or not, head to the plugins config menu (default: F6) and tick "Always allow events". 🙂
 
These are not callouts but events that may happen around you at random.
