Details
 
This lightweight plugin will add two features to your game. It will allow you to place barriers and cones via a menu. You can open the menu via U. The barriers and cones will block traffic, but cones only in a small radius. You can change the assigned menu key, just edit the TrafficBlock.ini file. It also allows you to disable the barrier feature in case you want to use a plugin with more options for this, like Richs Scene Manager.
 
With the second feature you can use your police car as a roadblock while you are not in the car yourself. This feature allows you to operate on a street in case of an emergency, without having NPCs driving around you. Traffic stops will not be blocked by this feature, because it triggers only when you park your car diagonally to the road. Adjustments to this feature can be made by editing the TrafficBlock.ini file. To activate the roadblock do the following steps:
 
Slow down your police vehicle Park diagonally on the road you are on Ensure the siren is active Leave the vehicle  
Traffic will now slow down in front of your vehicle, like you can see it on the uploaded plugin pictures. If you want to end the roadblock, go back to your vehicle and drive away. The traffic block will end once your police car is faster than 10 km/h. This is to ensure that the traffic will not start to flow just because you hit a movement button by mistake.
 
Requirements
A legal copy of GTA V RAGE Plugin Hook RageNativeUI 1.9+ ( https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases )  
Installation
 
Just copy the plugin folder into your GTA V folder and enable the plugin in the Rage Hook Settings. You can find more detailed instructions within the ReadMe file.
 
Troubleshooting
Ensure that you have followed the instructions within the ReadMe Ensure that the plugin was installed into GTA/plugins Ensure you have installed all requirements Ensure that you have at least RageNativeUI 1.9 Try to set the IgnoreTabViews .ini option to true in case of any problems with the menu (for example, if the menu does not open) Acknowledge: Controller / Game-pad input is not officially supported by me for this plugin Acknowledge: By downloading another mod you may have downgraded your RageNativeUI, see point 4.  
99% of all support requests that reach me are about errors that can be avoided. Please read the tips above very carefully. Most of the time the right version of RageNativeUI is not installed or the IgnoreTabViews fix was not used.
 
If you still have problems contact me via private message and attach the RagePluginHook.log. I can't help you without this log file!

In January 2024 I released a new plugin: Traffic Suite. You can check it out here on lcpdfr.com. It does offer enhanced versions of Traffic Block's features and much more. Traffic Block will stay in maintenance mode. I will not release new features for Traffic Block, but fix critical bugs if reported. You can continue to use Traffic Block if you prefer it! Traffic Block is not abandoned, it's just feature complete 🙂

[Requirements:
RageNativeUI (included in the download),
Bottom Dollar Bounty DLC (mp2024_01) needs to be installed and enabled
Money Fonts DLC (mp2025_01) needs to be installed and enabled for the Housing Functions introduced in 1.1.1
Main.DisableMultiplayerMap inside the lspdfr.ini needs to be set to false for the PD Interior to work]
 
Copy the contents of the Grand Theft Auto V folder into your main Grand Theft Auto directory (ex: .../steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto V/)
-> (If installed correctly it should look like this: Grand Theft Auto V/plugins/LSPDFR/LSPDFRExpanded.dll)
 
 


These are the default keybinds which can be changed anytime by editing the LSPDFRExpanded.ini
Y — Interaction key
CTRL + I — Open Inventory
CTRL + H — Display Wellbeing menu
CTRL + P — Open Mobile Phone

 

After loading ingame, open the Rage Console (standard F4) and type "ForceDuty" to fully load the plugin.
 
To go on duty, enter any police department via the Red Circle. This will take you inside the custom PD. There, you can stamp in to start working.
To go off duty, just stamp out at the same location. DO NOT press the vanilla "Go off duty" button, as this will unload the plugin.
 

A simple script that will replace the default text 01AAA0001-99ZZZ9999 on exempt plates with the format known from californian exempt plates 10000000-149999999. Bear in mind, that this script is only inspired by the CA Exempt plates. Real CA license plates only have 8 digits, whereas GTA V has 9 and in order for it to not look misaligned, the exempt plates are also generated with 9 digits. In case you're wondering, the first digit will always be 1 and the second digit will always be between 0 and 4,
just like the real counterparts at this time. 
 
It also removes 46EEK572 license plates.
 
Install:
 
1) Place ExemptPlates.dll in "Grand Theft Auto V/plugins/"
2) Launch GTA V with RAGE Plugin Hook and start up ExemptPlates.dll (please look at the RPH documentation if you have questions)
 
The plugin has no commands or controls. It just changes plates, that's it. If you want it to stop, unload it.
 
Since the plugin is constantly scanning for newly spawned vehicles, reading their plates and changing them if needed, it might cause a little bit of
performance loss if you have alot of traffic and a weak computer. On my machine a drop in frames is unnoticeable.
 
If you want custom exempt plates, which include letters, you will have to stop the plugin.

EARLY DEVELOPMENT
This is an early release of a very in-depth application with a lot of features, there WILL be bugs.

Description:
- ReportsPlus was designed to act as an external MDT that can be used from another device (Windows/Mac OS) to create reports, receive actual game data, and make the LSPDFR experience much more immersive.

- ReportsPlus really shines when used from a separate system you have next to you, as it mimics an actual MDT, however, you can use it from the same system if you don't have access to another laptop you can use.

- ReportsPlus is not just typing reports like the name may suggest, as ReportsPlus has a fully functioning court system, lookup system for peds and vehicles, callout popups, ID popups when asking for them, tons of customization, and report types, full language translation, and SO MUCH more than I can list here.
 
- This is not a window that opens in-game such as something like CompuLite, it is an external application that connects to your game to be able to receive actual game data. 
 
Key Features:
Court System- When creating a Citation or Arrest report, a court case will be created. These court cases will reveal their outcomes over a customizable amount of time, with charge/citation outcomes being taken from your Charges.xml and Citations.xml (Compatible with Compulite Charges/Citations) Ped/Veh Lookup- Peds and Vehicles can be looked up in their respective lookup apps. You can see tons of data for each such as license information, previous charges/citations, times stopped, vehicle registration/insurance information, and much more. Callout Popups- If you have Callout Interface installed, when receiving a callout in-game they will pop up on the Application where you can see their data. They then get put in the Callouts app to be viewed or closed with a Callout report created. ID Popups- If you have STP, when asking a ped for their ID or patting them down, you will have an ID popup in the Application with the suspect's ID and their information. Advanced Notes- Notes can be written in the Notes app, and data can be pulled directly from the notes into report windows when using tags Log Browser- View and edit previously created reports, arrests, and citations. Tons of Customization- You can customize almost everything in the Application. All of the colors can be changed as well as the desktop background color or setting it as an image of your choice. RP supports localization via the locale file to translate almost every piece of text in the entire Application. All dropdown options, Charges/Citations, Agencies/Divisions/Ranks, notifications, and so much more. {NEW} Custom Reports- Create custom reports with completely customizable custom dropdowns which can be shared. For more information consult the User Guide included in the installation.

Here is the new 2018 Charger PPV that was recently released. I loved the way this model looked so I figured I would make a car out of it. Each state includes a actual version and one or more lore-friendly variations, along with its own unique font style for the numbers. Realistic Vehicle Light Malfuntions makes LSPDFR player's games more immersive with a small detail. In this script AI vehicles have a
chance of spawning with 1 of the following, blown headlight bulb, blinker, or a tail light! You can fully customize the probability
in the .ini file! By default it is set to "2". You can set it anywhere from 0-100. I Hope you guys enjoy!

Also, this is a WIP... and there are some problems on this version like very low resolution textures for the 18' Charger. It has to be low res. so that it doesn't exceed the 16mb limit.

How to Install:
Download the provided .oiv file. Open OpenIV and enter Edit Mode. Simply drag and drop the .oiv file into OpenIV. Follow the prompts to complete the installation. How to Uninstall:
Download the Uninstaller .oiv file. Open OpenIV in Edit Mode. Drag and drop the Uninstaller .oiv file into OpenIV. Follow the prompts to uninstall the mod.

Hey guys, 
so I wanted to learn reflective liveries, and who better than fire rescue to test it on.
Livery is fictional however using the black + white combo was inspired by EmergeNYC's Montgomery County units.
 
I would've added more units if there were more free dev models for more with LODs but there isn't so I hope you all enjoy it as is.
