It goes into the .ytd Texture Dictionary. I'm releasing a install and showcase mod vid tomorrow.

Nevermind i found it. Its the prop_busstop_04+hifr.ytd for example, this file is in the same directory as the readme describes: GTA V/mods/x64h.rpf/levels/gta5/props/roadside/v_utility.rpf/

 

prop_busstop_poster_01.dds -> ?

prop_busstop_poster_02.dds -> prop_busstop_05+hifr.ytd

prop_busstop_poster_03.dds -> prop_busstop_04+hifr.ytd

Sorry. the .dds for the prop_busstop_poster_01.dds -> ? has been changed. if you just drop the yft in the location it automatically replaces it. I had no problems when I tested it. 

as for the others those go into those texture dictionary locations as you stated. Thank you for the help. I will update the description
