the AdvancedHookV.dll file was conflicting with the default ELS files which made my ELS not work properly.

Update: I have fixed the problem, the issue was the AdvancedHookV.dll file then it worked fine.

Picture of what I mean trying it with different cars, the one on the right, it wont spawn without the lightbar so idk if there's something in the mod that's causing it or if it's because im using default car ELS won't completely turn off on this one.

I installed this a few hours ago but it seems to have made my ELS dimmer and barely visible. Does anyone else have this issue or does anyone know how to fix it? This is with the default cars, not sure if it only works with car packs.

For the file - https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster It is getting flagged up by my Anti Virus as a suspicious file, I've not had this with any of the other mods.

Currently trying to get back into LSPD:FR with some more mods than I had previously. it took about 3 days last time, but that was for everything (rph, lspdfr, scripthookV, etc)

Where are all the law enforcement vehicles in the folders? I've tried looking in the places where tutorials say they'll be (patchday25 for example) and they're not there.

No, EUP, apparently you can install it via OpenIV.

Might be easier to just reinstall LSPDFR then.

This has happened once to me before, I'm assuming one of the rage files have corrupted, it fixed itself once I reinstalled the rage files. You can do this by installing the manual download of LSPDFR and copying across all of the rage files (replacing your old files).

Would it be easier to install it with OpenIV?

There are a few mods that would be really good gameplay-wise, will give you a lot more to do, I'll list a few mods: Stop The Ped - https://www.bejoijo.com/post/stop-the-ped CompuLite - https://www.bejoijo.com/post/compulite UltimateBackup - https://www.bejoijo.com/post/ultimate-backup ProwlerRadar - SuperCallouts - 686 Callouts - These are definitely some of the best mods to start off with as it gives the game a bit more playability. I'd suggest sticking with stuff from this website when looking for mods unless it's a website that you can 100% trust. Notes: Please use an AdBlocker when going on the bejoijo website, despite the mods being completely safe, most of the ad popups are spam/scam/harmful. I do highly recommend using an adblocker as the popups are quite hard to avoid (some of them actually seem like part of the website). Any more questions, feel free to ask. I'm also more than happy to help you find some more mods.

For the first one, you can install Stop The Ped and CompuLite and you'll have all those features (recommended to have UltimateBackup as well). Second one, yes, the peds can commit crimes by themselves however there are mods where you can increase the amount of ambient events (fights, speeding, disorderly conduct, etc). Third one, I haven't found any mods like that myself however if you look at a few content creator's video descriptions (SteveTheGamer55 is a good one to look at to find mods) then you should be able to find a lot of mods that you'd be interested in. Best thing to do would be just to wait for the ScriptHook to update, once it's updated, you'll be able to see it on this website (see picture attached) and you can replace the file. Based on how quick everything else was to update, will probably be updated within the next few days (only an estimate, not confirmed).

I'll have a look at trying it. I never got a chance to play LCPD:FR as I only just got a PC that can run most games about a month ago, I've seen a few cool mods for it as well. Hopefully GTA IV goes on sale soon on steam, I'll have a go then.

Is LCPD:FR still worth it in 2024? I've been having a look at it but I've never really seen people playing it. Is there also a kind of equivalent of Stop the Ped and stuff for it as well?
