PhillBellic reacted to SoCal Thero for a file, Coach Template Prison Bus
    Hello Again Fellow Officers:
Today I came across a request from someone to make some sort of a different police transportation bus model that maybe would be similar to an actual LASD bus. Since GTA 5 already has a bus that is pretty close to it I decided to make it into a Prison transport bus. The model is simply the "Coach" model from GTA 5 however I broke the model down and made a template for the bus so that you can change the paint and look to your desire. Along with this I also re-skinned the seats from a civilian looking bus seat fabric to the Police 3 Rear Seats to give more of that prison bus feel. I also added a police radio from the standard gta 5 police vehicle model to resemble the theme better rather than the coach CB radio inside of it. Also I added the bars across the side windows as well so prisoners couldn't escape out of one of the side windows ;) and finally I mapped the License plates to be SA Exempt plates rather than standard San Andreas Civilian plates.

    Future Plans:
    Breakable Glass
    Issues:
-Vehicle is made for multi-livery however I'm not sure what I am doing wrong to not enable it. I am assuming I just missed a line in car varitations that has to be changed or in the vehicle.meta file.
-I'm no painter so the paint job isn't the best. However their is a template provided so someone can make a better looking one for everyone to enjoy!!!

2011 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor - Development Resource
    by Murphy
    ======================================================
I have never been truly satisfied with Crown Victoria modifications for Grand Theft Auto IV and V, so I set out to make a new standard in the modding community.
I present to you, the "new" 2011 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor! A highly accurate and fully functional representation of the car for GTA V!... And it is an open development resource!
Most development resources of the CVPI for GTA IV, GTA V, etc, are pretty good; however, they are very inconsistent with one another. Whether it be how the lights look, the model quality, the textures, or how the model functions.
This model takes the best from CVPI models, along with brand new components I have worked on, and puts them all into one! - Forming a near photorealistic 2011 CVPI for your use.
    ===============
    Features & Fixes

Full level of detail modeling (LOD), including L0, L1, L2, L3, L4 Photorealistic headlights, tail lights, turn signals, dash lighting Frame retexture and texture fixes Door hinge alignment for proper opening and closing Driver's door re-alignment to fix minor offset from original conversion Accurate dashboard trim & colors Accurate interior cloth seats Accurate dark grey/black floor Accurate steering wheel Full, custom collisions Breakable windows Color changeable body panels, indlucing under the hood and trunk (most miss this feature) Custom dirt mapping 3D engine model (with the 2004 engine cover) Accurate side trim for the 2011 model year =======

    Things to know
    =============
If you use this resource, please credit those mentioned in the credits, as well as Murphy. When looking backwards, the camera looks through the headrests. Gauges are inaccurately calibrated. This cannot be fixed in the GTA V game engine yet. Rear door cards are not 100% accurate. The upper portion is slightly off. Engine model is not 100% accurate. - May be improved in a future update. Do not reupload this resource without permission from Murphy =======

Thank you for downloading this resource. I hope that you use this in your future modifications, as well as refer this to other mod creators in order to improve the quality of all CVPI mods.

    MOD INFORMATION
This modification replaces the font for the in-game road signs with Transport, Motorway, Tratex, or DIN 1451 Mittelschrift, depending on which font users select.

    SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
If using OpenIV mod folder: 12.0 GiB free space.

    PREVIEW
Please note that specimens shown here may vary slightly from in-game texture, especially in letter kerning and width.

WAIT A SECOND, THAT DOESN'T QUITE LOOK RIGHT!
Due to the way Rockstar set the signs up, they pool from a common font texture instead of being printed on the sign itself as an overlay texture. Some issues, like letter kerning or width being off, or descenders being cut short, are to be expected due to this. Unfortunately, short of redoing every sign in ZModeller, it would be impossible to make it look exactly right. I apologise for any instances where this causes someone's OCD to act up. It might also cause this sort of silliness:

That highway engineer must've been wasted...
In addition to the above, a few roadsigns have the alphabet texture embedded within the YDR itself, so this sadly doesn't modify those – thus, even after installation, there'll be a few signs with the original Highway Gothic typeface. (I might have also missed one or two skimming through the RPFs.)

These are five "in-universe" 1998-2011 Ford CVPI liveries made for the GTA IV state of New Alderney. They are best used with Sam's Area Livery Mod.
1.) Alderney City Police Department (ACPD), based on the livery of the Jersey City, New Jersey Police Department. Created by Laqueesha, with help from FPI2011.
2.) Berchem Police Department (BPD), based on the livery of the Hoboken, New Jersey Police Department. Created from scratch by Laqueesha.
3.) New Alderney State Police (NASP), based on the livery of the New Jersey State Police. Pre-existing livery, modified by Laqueesha.
4.) Port Authority of New Liberty and New Alderney Police Department (PAPD), based on the livery of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Police Department. Pre-existing livery, modified by Laqueesha.

If you are here, that means that either you clicked out of curiosity, or you saw my SFPD→LSPD Skin Pack and prefered to have a version where you can use vanilla cars. Am I wrong? What? You missclicked? Oh ffs, you always have something to piss me off, don't you! Fine, doesn't matter, I'll still showcase it for you, because I'm a nice guy, but you better watch your mouth!
So, where was I... Oh yes! So, you're probably a SFPD lover. That's fine, I am too! I love the city of San Francisco, and their police cars look great. But I know some people dislike to have real life models in their game. Sometimes because it makes their game laggy or something, other times because they prefer to stay within the lore of the game. That's fine, it happens to me too! So, just for you guys, the vanilla version of my SFPD→LSPD Skin Pack!
    The pack features skins for:
Vapid Stanier 2nd Gen: 4 regular skins, 4 K9 skins Bravado Buffalo 1st Gen: 4 regular skins, 4 K9 skins Vapid Interceptor: 4 regular skins Cheval Fugitive: 4 regular skins Ocelot Jackal: 4 regular skins Declasse Granger: 4 regular skins, 4 black K9 special skins Bravado Gresley: 4 regular skins, 4 black skins Maverick (helicopter): 4 regular skin 8 models for a total of 45 skins with distinct unit numbers, so you don't have to fear having cloned units all over the place! And guess what, the cherry on the cake? Compatible with the RDE mod! Yep! Super great, right?
As always, feel free to leave comments, feel free to leave a review (if you plan to rate low, please explain why so I can improve), and feel free to use them for your clan, videos, whatever you want, as long as you leave a little credit/shoutout when needed. Links to recommended models provided in a text file with the download.
Hope you'll enjoy those skins as much as I do, and have fun in the streets of San Francisco San Fierro Los Santos!

PhillBellic reacted to Yard1 for a file, Enhanced Improved Cop with YCHoP
The day (some of) you have been waiting for. Excellent (permisson was granted by him) with my textures and (3 heads are from Olanov's mod, permission was granted by him) - 6 new heads. That's right, 9 heads on a ped total. All combined in a one ped. Behold, Enhanced Improved Cop with YCHoP!

    --------------------------------------

I've made a lot of changes to textures. I've changed the badges back to original LCPD ones and added Sergeants and Lieutenants, new heads and short sleeve bulletproof vests with a new texture. Besides that, I added some new textures to increase variety. In total, there are 61 (!) possible combinations of the uniform.

Don't like extra heads? Don't worry, I also made a version with reskins only, no model changes!

    WARNING!
You might get a Fatal Error RESC10 - Out of video memory when starting the game. I cannot fix it, and it also happens with unmodified F5544's model on some computers. For most of you, it should work without problems.

Please let me know if you encounter any bugs or if instructions don't work!

    --------------------------------------

    New version uploaded 5.12.2013:

    - Fixed short-sleeve bug when cops with other skin color than black spawned with black arms

    1. The fatcop file is a "fix" for fit cops not spawning - nothing was modified, besides increased file size (when cop file has bigger size, and fatcop has smaller, game prefers to spawn fatcops instead of fit cops)
    2. If you don't want glasses on cops, replace m_y_cop_p.wdd (pedprops.img) with the one inside No glasses folder

LATEST UPDATE - Lenco Bearcat NOOSE Tactical Response Livery.
NOOSE - LIVERY PACK by CriticalBrit

This is a personal set of texture I've made recently for my patrols around Los Santos. I believe very much that choice is excellent on this site due to the large amount of content, and so am contributing by releasing these in case anyone at all wants to use them.
This small collection of insignia/livery is purely fictional, and is based off the NOOSE livery in-game, as well as minor consideration of the various Homeland Security livery designs seen over in the United States. I'm not going for realism here, so any inaccuracies are to be expected when comparing them with real life United States insignia. It's just purely meant to be fun, as I felt that the amount of NOOSE vehicles in the game was lacking.
Please feel free to edit and re-upload these textures.
    Cheers,

Hopefully you have seen my Vermont State Police pack for GTA 4, released in 2013.
The primary skin comes directly from that pack, while the rest (K9, DUI Patrol, and Traffic Ops.) are based on it.
I recommend you use Gump's FHP CVPI (Police4):
Instructions for installation are located in the README file.
I will be working on the entire fleet in the future. Though I do not have an an exact ETA.

EUP is an all-in-one modification that gives us the free range to create your own law enforcement officer as you patrol the streets and roads of San Andreas. U mad Ronson?
This time, play different - be different. Adapt your style to the situation. Get your gear on - use a High-Vis vest to direct traffic, a waterproof jacket on a rainy day or a tactical outfit when the situation gets hot. Choose from various lore-friendly departments base of real life. Customize various components of your outfits.

The mod that started as a holster and a vest retexture, now so expansive, most Australians finish downloading it right when an update comes out. Emergency Uniforms Pack Law & Order 8.2 offers an unrivaled catalog of lore-friendly California-inspired law enforcement uniforms for both male and female multiplayer characters. From tasteful evolutions of the classic LSPD outfits, you see AI cops wearing, to dozens of uniforms for entirely new lore-friendly law enforcement departments based on real-world California departments. Emergency Uniforms Pack has it all, and when tied with partner mods such as EUP Serve and Rescue, EUP Menu, and EUP LSPDFR Configs, you can totally transform your LSPDFR experience.

Just as a quick edit note - Do NOT actually use this online as you WILL get banned. This is a mod to edit the MP models for single player use only.

    First mod on LSPDFR (yay!)
This mod gives the multiplayer female model a whole new law enforcement wardrobe to play with including:
New LSPD textures plus a vest to match the in game officers and a baseball cap for a more casual look or ununiformed work
A LSSD uniform with matching vest and hat.
2 highway patrol uniforms for either car or bike patrols.
Some FIB clothing to show your authority without tasing people
    A Park Ranger uniform
    US Coast Guard uniform
Some military police fatigues and a two tone combat shirt
Since I'm no great modder these are unfortunately just reskins but I'm hopeful they should be good enough for your policing and RPing needs.

PhillBellic reacted to Cosmo for a file, Improved City Bus (ELS)
Over the course of about two weeks, I took the vanilla Bus and modified it to be better. Pretty simply but there were some challenges.

    Main Features:
Over 10 different lightboard options! All using real in-game street names and locations. Much better interior (New seats, flooring is no longer a black void, and seat placement). Newer electronic farebox and computer. Sleeker body (No more useless bump on top). Full UV Mapping (Texture editing made possible, and easy). Multiple liveries with different bus numbers and plate numbers Two other generic bus textures included. Bus Template included (You can make your own bus textures now!)

Short video showing off the bus, disregard the low quality, I have a pretty bad graphics card. Refer to the screenshots for quality pictures.

Comments and feedback are very welcome, good or bad.

PhillBellic reacted to Exo 401 for a file, LAPD/LSPD Michael De Santa BCU
Since ped modeling isn't possible right now and none of the cops wear shorts, I decided to edit Michael's clothes to make him part of LAPD's Bicycle Coordination Unit. I recommend using a trainer for this to get the correct textures.
These instructions are for Simple Trainer by Sjaak:
After activating LSPDFR - Switch back to Michael Go to Clothes Menu Upper Slot > Model 17 > Texture 1 Lower Slot > Model 14 > Texture 4 Shoes Slot > 2 Accessory 1 Slot > 9 (Gruppe 6 utility belt) Hats Slot > 8 Installation Instructions
I highly recommend using the mods folder or at least make back ups!
If you have a mods folder already set up do this:
Copy x64v.rpf to your mods folder In OpenIV go to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_zero and replace these files: accs_diff_008_a_uni.ytd
    lowr_diff_013_d_whi.ytd
    uppr_diff_016_a_whi.ytd
Next go to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpedprops.rpf\player_zero_p and replace this file: p_head_diff_007_a.ytd
If you do not have a mods folder do this:
In OpenIV go to Grand Theft Auto V\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_zero and replace the files like above Go to Grand Theft Auto V\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpedprops.rpf\player_zero_p and replace the file like above And that's it! Have fun bicycle patrolling at the beaches!
Just wanted to point out that when you use Michael while playing LSPDFR, random events will happen such as purse snatcher, bike thefts and more.
