I usually change the light colours before fully installing vehicle mods anyway. After a few times you will get the hang of how to do it. Cheers.

Simple Native Trainer has a 'Mobile Radio' option. That allows for you to listen to the radio whilst on foot. In doing so, that would achieve a partial result. Cheers.

Assuming you have everything sorted, consider downloading this as well; http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/no-watermarks-mod-f1930 It basically removes the 'Rockstar Games Social Club' watermark when creating videos. Cheers.

Regarding military waste, it was apparently cheaper to complete the construction of Abrams tanks, despite that the US Army did not want them. This fighter plane project could be the same. Cheers.

The lack of ELS bloom is the only thing lacking with RealityIV V2.0. Other than that It looks awesome, and personally I don't think I will use an ENB after installing that. Cheers.
