K4te's post in lspdfr crash first response.dll was marked as the answerHi, from log its seems that ManiacCallouts cause problem - maybe its whole plugin problem, maybe specific callout - this you would need to test by yourself. But if you don't want then just simply remove this plugin and should be ok.
Also I would suggest to remove:
Better EMS - outdated Keep Calm - outdated Police SmartRadio - outdated + you already have GrammarPolice
And update
jm-callouts - new patch released few hours ago ragenativeUI -
K4te's post in Damaged ped was marked as the answerInstead or fresh install you can just verify your files (if you are talking about compoletly game reinstall) but I would also ask for rph log file cuz maybe you have missed smh and problem is caused by another thing

Download LSPDFR manual version from here - Click Download File -> Agree for terms -> choose Manual_Install_2 option 2. Open downloaded .zip/.rar and also open lspdfr folder in your gta 5 folder and delete whole data folder (screen 1)
3. From downloaded .zip/.rar copy whole original data to gta5/lspdfr

Stop The Ped:
From plugins folder (gta5/plugins/lspdfr) delete whole Stop The Ped folder. From downloaded STP .zip/.rar drag whole STP folder to this same place. (Screen 2)

Ultimate Backup:
From plugins folder (gta5/plugins/lspdfr) delete whole Ultimate Backup folder. From downloaded UltimateBackup .zip/.rar drag whole UltimateBackup folder to this same place. (Screen 3)

K4te's post in whenever i forceduty lspdfr comes up with this unhandled exception was marked as the answerI was able to launch game and use forceduty cmd with your plugins. With all plugins installed after forceduty cmd my game was totally freezing.
Delete:
Unsafe Callouts (UnsafeCallouts.dll, UnsafeCallouts.ini, UnsafeCallouts.pdb at plugins\lspdfr and Unsafe Callouts AUDIO folder at lspdfr\audio\scanner Section136Callouts (Section136Callouts folder, Section136Callouts.dll, Section136Callouts.pdb at plugins\lspdfr and Newtonsoft.Json.dll, XSerializer.dll from gta5 root folder)
Without this 2 plugins other ones launched without problem for me
