plugins not loading (desperate)

Ive been eyeing out lspdfr and installed it just today, it worked fine I played a few sessions then decided to mod, I'm not an idiot but this sure is making me feel like one.

Im not new to modding, but im new to this community so basically when i installed lspdfr i installed it correctly did everything correct, made an LSPDFR folder in my plugins bc there isnt one. i wanted a mod called speedradarlite along with other mods since they indicated to be added in an lspdfr folder inside plugins i did so, i did with more plugins saying that but every plugin i put in lspdr folder doesnt register. really need help here bc i looked at every single topic with this problem but none helped. the axon signal mod is the only mod i have in the plugins folder since it didnt tell me to put it on lspdfr inside plugin. care to help me?

Yes!
Your whole approach is wrong.
Bundle installing is not a good descission.
Do like this:
* Decide one plugin you want
* Make sure that one plugin is available from a trusted site! -This site f.i.
https://www.lcpdfr.com/ -Scroll down to "Featured mods"
* If not on this site, search for posts about that plugin and make sure it is updated and compatible with current LSPDFR release.
Search here:

You could ask the experts right there about update-status of thé plugin.
After you have done all that footwork, DL the plugin and read the installation readme!!!
Thén and not before -Install that specific plugin!
Start LPDFR and make a thorough test of functionality for thát one plugin
If all went well, you start that whole process for the next plugin you would like to use.
Now you have a structure for your plugin-installation, and trouble-shooting is way simpler than when you install a handful of plugins at the same time.

Used plugins are fine (only AxonSignal is smh what I never tried but should be ok)

There is just 1 thing u need to know:

Plugins installed in gta5\plugins can be loaded:

when game starts - for this u just need to allow them to load at start in RagePluginHook settings
load them in console like u do on screenshot

Now plugins installed in gta5\plugins\lspdfr loads only after u go on duty (go to police station or use "forceduty" cmd in console and everything gonna load like it should be.

That worked for my other mods that i installed too and i had to get rid of some, thanks!
