I could never identify the problem. I removed the plugin and switched to the classic StopThePed and Ultımate Backup. Unfortunately, I can't solve this.

Hi, try first verifying the games files and re-launch gtaV, if it still crashes try running it as administrator.
One more thing, are you launching RPH after loaded in story mode or before even launching GTAV?

Also one more thing. Disable BattleEye when playing GTA5 with mods since it blocks some files as it said in the screenshot.

También una cosa más: desactiva BattlEye cuando juegues GTA V con mods, ya que bloquea algunos archivos, tal como se muestra en la captura de pantalla.

It could be a potential fix but try to run GTA5 as DirectX 11, go into the GTA5 root folder, find a txt file called commandfile and add -dx11, then enable DirectX hook again
Although i realized that it only support directx 11 so..

For the first issue, it’s likely that LSPDFR is initializing too early. A simple (though not permanent) workaround is to disable LSPDFR from loading automatically in RagePluginHook and manually load it by the console once Story Mode has fully started.
As for the vehicle issue, there are no log errors related to police4, which usually indicates that the custom vehicle itself is causing a streaming problem. GTA often fails silently in these cases, which is why roads and buildings start disappearing. Reverting to the vanilla police4 or optimizing the custom model should fix the issue. Although im not that informed on models and texturing.

Also, if you did not install HeapAdjuster and Packfile Limit Adjuster i'd say to install them, maybe it could resolve the police4 car issue

try to remove one of these 2 plugins and see if it solved the issues:

    BackWeapon or CopHolster

EDIT: Also it looks like NAudio is outdated and it shows some errors in the logs:

You're missing this file: CalloutInterfaceAPI. To have this file in your folder you have to install CalloutInterface plugin, open the folder > Grand Theft Auto V > Move the calloutinterfaceapi.dll file into your main gta5 directory

I have the latest version of RageNativeUI. I have a few callout packs including Kuchera Callouts and I removed it and now it works fine, been playing for 2 hours and no crash. Unfortunatelly I loved that Callout pack.

I see you have installed gta5 with epic games. try this:

To get RPH working, you'll first have to start GTA V into Story Mode. Then tab out of the game and run RAGEPluginHook.exe.

When you installed traffic policer, did you moved also Albo1125.common.dll file? If you didn't move it on the main gta5 folder.

Try installing a new version of ragenativeui here: https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases/tag/1.9.2

YobbinCallouts to work fine need UltimateBackup and especially CalloutInterface because you need the CalloutInterfaceAPI dependence
    Try it and update me
