LSPD:FR Constantly crashing after installing EUP

Howdy, I have encountered a problem where I play LSPD:FR and after a few minutes it just up and crashes on me for no apparent reason, I looked here on the forums for answers and tried a few things and didn't find anything that worked. I have noticed that it only started crashing like this after i installed EUP hence the title (I installed it with the .oiv) and then all the other EUP stuff, EUP works perfectly fine but the game just constantly crashes for NO REASON and i don't know why. Allow me to describe the crashes, so I'm playing and all of the sudden it freezes and does a little chime and then the game comes back and it shows a little notif that says "lspdfr.dll has crashed" or something like that, and then all my LSPD things in the menu and all that are GONE. So that's what i need help with, if you need any further info i am happy to provide, Thank you.

Hello, please attach ragepluginhook.log file, it's located in your main gta5 main directory NOT in your logs folder

Could contain: text, screenshot, number

Alright, you installed EUP via .oiv, here some question:

 

Did you also installed openCamera, OpenIV.ASI and ASI Loader? If not click this button and istall them: image.png.89694d18dc9daeafada12ae964c0551d.png

 

When installing the EUP packages via .oiv, where did you installed them? Into mods folder or game folder?

so i installed them in the mods folder
but i did not install "opencamera" 

but i do have OpenIV.ASI and the ASI Loader.

What do you want do is removing the mods folder and recreate the folder, then all the mods one by one to see what’s causing the crash

oh and orso so you want me to delete and recreate the mods folder? 
well uh so theres the problem where the "update.rpf" has a TON of mods and stuff in it and idk how i can ONE BY ONE that.

but i will try to do smth.

the mods folder is pretty big

so i found out it is EUP causing the crash but not ive even tried installing it with LML and it STILL crashes
it has been more than two weeks and this problem is not fixed i need help

 

i recreated the mods folder CLEAN and found out that it was EUP because when i didnt have EUP it did not crash but then i installed EUP and it started crashing again 
please explain to me why this is happening
I NEED THIS FIXED
