Try uninstalling lspdfr mod and reinstall it automatically, if still doesn't work try manually

open it normally without opening gta5.exe

Restart your pc and re-open rph

If you don't have OpenIV install it (openiv.com) i raccomend you to see the tutorial video, it's in the site You need OpenIV in order to install gameconfig

Install these: Gameconfig.xml and heapadjuster and packfileadjuster (they're in gta5mods site) Open the RagePluginHook.ini and screenshot that as well
