INI File Configuration
 
        1: Make sure that the .ini file that comes with this mod does exist and contains valid information. 
        All the valid Keys can be found at : https://msdn.microsoft.com/de-de/library/system.windows.forms.keys(v=vs.110).aspx
        If you use the website you have to use the MemberName as the input.
        And: Only replace the characters after the '='. All characters shall be without '' or " quotes! 
        
For Example:

        In this Example we set the Clean and Repair key to : None -> Meaning it won't ever be activated.
        The Cleaning Key will be set to the ALT Key.

Description
I don't know about you, but I get sick of having a mobile NavSat in my pocket everywhere I go in GTA and when a gang member's mad at me while I'm walking down the street  it just shows up on my mini map like some sort of Spidey sense. This is why I made this mod. You can toggle the HUD, namely the mini map and ammo counter depending on whether or not you're in a vehicle. You can however still see the ammo counter in your weapon wheel, but I thought this mod would improve the immersion. 
 
All settings can be customized
 
Notes
If the mini map is disabled you won't see your health and armor either If you want me to add a feature to hide all blips from the map, I might add it in a next update, let me know down below

'Medic Escort' callout is the first in this pack (and currently the only callout in the pack).  More callouts may be added later depending on community feedback.  You need to respond to an Ambulance's location and escort them Code 3 to the nearest hospital.  It's meant to be some driving fun - lights & sirens the whole way.
 
FEATURES:
Over 250 different spawn locations throughout the GTA V world! 6 hospital destinations Uses your LSPDFR XML configuration to spawn the appropriate ambulance & medic peds depending where on the map they're located Configurable key to 'warp' the ambulance behind you if they get stuck somewhere  
I only have so much control over the AI driving the ambulance, but feedback is welcome!  If you have any issues, please use the COMMENTS.

Chaque modèle comprend plusieurs skins avec des numéros d'unité et de plaque différents. J'ai aussi inclus la texture pour la lightbar rouge et bleue fournie par BradM. Quelques véhicules ont un des skin pour représenter le nouveau look de la SQ.
Les plaques en avant sont juste pour rire vù qu'au Québec, nous n'avons pas de plaques avant.

Here is the complete skins pack for the Sûreté du Québec (Québec's sheriff and highway patrol), the pack contains multiple liveries for the Crown Vic, the 2014 and 2016 charger, the 2015 Explorer, the 2013 Tahoe and the FPIS. Each car gets multiple skins with different unit and plate numbers. I've also included the lightbar texture provided by BradM to make it red and blue. Some models have the new livery showing off the new look the SQ is changing to in the next few years.
I put novelty plates in the front to be silly because Québec cars don't have front plates.

Well, I'm not going to spend forever explaining what this does! I love RL police car models in my game, but I hate RL police department liveries. A bit of a schyzophrenic taste, but anyway! Here comes my skin pack of LSPD and LSSD liveries, all in 4096x4096 for maximum detail and eye candy.
What does this download have?
6 LSPD skins in 4K resolution with unique unit numbers and bumper stickers combinations 6 LSSD skins in 4K resolution with unique unit numbers BONUS! The original model has white tail lights. As much as I like the model, those tail lights are... horrible. At night, with an edited visualsettings file, it was literally blinding. But thanks to a very nice dude, now, they can be red! So here is a modified tail lights file to get red tail lights, more realistic and less eye poking! Full credits to SpeedySC1978, and thanks to him for allowing me to include his modified textures in my skin pack! You can see the original/modified comparison in the screenshots.

About this skin
 
Just posting things that never made it to this site originally.
This pack is based out of Broward County Sheriff's Office, Florida, it will be in W.I.P status for sometime, being that will add even more skins to it in the future, plan to at least. Almost all of the vehicles have at least 2 different textures. Again will more in the future and plan to cover their fire & rescue in the future as well. Probably gonna redo the charger design sometime soon as a start.

What does RTS Do?
Riskier Traffic Stops (RTS) Is designed to bring more variety to your basic and mundane traffic stops.
 
Current Outcomes
The current included outcomes are as follows:
Get Out and Shoot - The suspect(s) get out and open fire on you and other officers
Flee - The suspect(s) flee from the traffic stop either in their vehicle or on foot
Yell - The suspect gets out of their vehicle and yells at you (3 Possible Sub-Outcomes)
Ramming - The suspect reverses into your vehicle before fleeing from the traffic stop
Shoot and Flee - The suspect(s) open fire on you from their vehicle and then flee from the traffic stop
Spit - The suspect spits at you from their vehicle
Get Out RO (Random Outcome) - The suspect exits the vehicle, and reaches. They might pull a:
Gun
Knife
Phone
Each has 2-3 sub-variations
 
Configurable in-game via the F4 menu -> RtsOpenConfigMenu.

Ever wanted to start a clipboard or notepad animation for more immersion without having to go through menus? Now you can!

Features:
 
- Pull out a clipboard or notepad with the push of a button!
 
- Two options for what prop you want to use (which is changed via the ini file) a clipboard, or a notepad.
 
- If you press and hold the same keybind after the prop is pulled out and the animation starts, you put it away using the same animation, however, if you press the same keybind instead of holding it, it drops the props on the ground and instantly stops the animation. This is perfect for when suspects decide they want to pull out a weapon or start running, because you can quickly react.
 
- If you drop the props by quickly cancelling the animation, you can pick the prop back up by starting the animation again.
 
- Vehicle friendly keybinds! If you are inside any vehicle, the keybinds are temporarily disabled until you exit the vehicle. So you can overlap the keybinds with ones used for vehicles without issues.  
 
 
Known issues: 
 
- During testing, there were times where I noticed the props would not spawn when I try to pull out a clipboard. To fix this, I made the plugin check to make sure the prop is spawned whenever you start an animation, so if you ever notice that the prop does not appear, simply stop and restart the animation, that should fix it. 
 
- I advise that if you need to use the quick cancellation feature, to make sure your character is stopped, if your character is running/walking when you use the feature, it makes your character stop running/walking for a second, as of right now I do not have a fix for this.

If you guys are missing siren sounds, it's simple, edit vehicles.meta inside your downloaded vehicle mods folder, then look for the line <audioNameHash>. If you see Windsor, delete that and put in either police, police2, police3, police4, fbi, fbi2, policeold2, policeold1, riot, sheriff, sheriff2, pbike and pranger. vehiclename/data/vehicles.meta but for this pack, the vehicles meta is going to include all the models. So for that, just type <audioNameHash> after pressing Ctrl+F in the search bar, then it will take you to the next <audioNameHash> and I am pretty sure most if not all of them will say Windsor. Like I said before, change it to any of the emergency vehicles hash except for firetruk and ambulance. Non ELS/FiveM vehicles are a WIP and will start being released the first quarter of this year. I'm releasing some of my old builds or cars that was sitting up collecting dust in the dump file.
 
 Before anyone start complaining these are old vehicles that were in an extra file where I scratched either the project or the vehicles, and these are my old builds. I have great supporters on Patreon and they get a lot of exclusive stuff so I thought it would be cool especially before Christmas to release them. If you have any issues the necessary files are included. Please use my tutorial links and files,. if you still have an issue try google. Then if you still can't figure it out message e on discord. Q: Why r ur lights so shiny pls help :(
A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.
 
Q: Can you please make an ELS pack for my own personal town?
A: Not even a little sorry bb 
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(
I try to fix those but sometimes it still happens. Go into vehicles.metafind the line that says diffusetint for the model and find the diffusetint value and replace the value with this<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

Los Santos County Sheriffs Office Pack. This pack includes a Crown Victoria and Tahoe, with working spotlights, takedowns/scene lights and cruise lights.

Includes full interior equipment.

If you dont install the vehicles.meta line then the lightbar glass on the Tahoe will be dark.
 
If you are using RDE download the rde version, if not download the non-rde version
Known bugs:
to make the spotlights work i had to move the dummy on top of the driver seats, therefore when at a distance looking into the car you may see something like this
