  1. The EVO 212 is an excellent cooler for overclocking to some degree. You will be able to get to about 4.2-4.3 ghz before the temps get way out of hand. But if you want to keep the temperature down I would go with water cooling. With water cooling you will be able to get even higher most likely. Check out this article :http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/ivy-bridge-overclocking-core-i7-3770k,3198.html Anyways as I stated above going with a modular power supply and an open, well ventilated case can help keep temperatures down also.
  2. I have three suggestions, but they are just things I am personally picky about. I would go with a modular power supply, because there is not a ton of extra cables to deal with. Like this. Also instead of the GTX 770, I would go with the R9 280X. Like this one. The R9 280x is a great card for the price, and it has 3GB of VRAM. Do you really need and i7? Because there is absolutely not point in having an i7 if you are not going to use hyperthreading,so if you don't need hyperthreading get this and save money for a better GPU. But those are just some things i'm picky about, otherwise nice build!
  3. It will run the game. But it will not be very smooth. I suggest building your own, it is like expensive legos and it is not very hard. But if you want to go with a pre-bulit system get something like this: http://shop.lenovo.com/us/en/laptops/ideapad/y-series/y580/
  4. Thanks dude, it is finally working.
  5. The diagnostic tool doesn't work for me, it says it has stopped working. Sorry I forgot to say that in the OP.
  6. Everytime I install LCPDFR it cause GTA to crash before it even starts. I have tried installing it multiple times and many different ways but I always get the error "Grand Theft Auto IV has stopped working." Also, there is noLCPDFR log, but I have the Script Hook log and the AdvancedHookInt log. I have tried reinstalling GTA IV and I am in the process of reinstalling again. ScriptHook.logAdvancedHookInit.log
  7. Use the visualsettings.dat included with ELS V7. It makes the lights brighter.
  8. I can try and get you a video I know somebody that is a Trooper here in Alabama. Also on the slicktop CVPI it says state troopers instead of state trooper.
  9. You should also make a 2012 Charger. Like the one in my profile pic.
  10. To top it all off I think it needs some HG2 Runners. :D
  11. Personally I prefer Windows 7 but, it depends on what you like. As for the monitor Asus makes a great monitor. Do you plan on using more than one monitor?
  12. First of all never buy an iBuypower PC. iBuypower often uses very low quality components in their their computers to save money, so instead of an iBuypower look at some of MSI's laptops like this one:http://www.msimobile.com/level3_productpage.aspx?cid=6&id=406 or this one:http://www.msimobile.com/level3_productpage.aspx?cid=6&id=401. Both of them include the new generation Haswell processor by Intel and the new generation Nvidia GPU's. www.pcpartpicker.com is a great website to learn more a computers. Also you can get a great PC for around $1,500, you don't need to spend all $2,000. So here is a build I have put together for you: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1aAw7
  13. Here are some pics, it would be appreciated if you could make a texture. Thanks, aCoD Prodigy
  14. Nice! I would love to see an unmarked or slicktop version of this car.
  15. Flashpoint was the best until it was cancelled, so now I watch Longmire or Alaska State Troopers.
  16. Images added to a gallery album owned by iPayforyourEBT in GTA IV Galleries
