Changing "mods" to "_mods" will prevent it from being loaded into the game. This is how to check if the cause is in the mods folder. Regarding personnel placement inside the helicopter
I use a add on helicopter for ultimate backup. I would like to set up different peds, such as pilot-type peds in the cockpit and co-pilot seat, and SWAT-type peds in the rear cabin. Is this possible? Also, there is a pilot-type ped sitting in the cockpit of the helicopter I am using, which is not mentioned in the xml file or vehicles meta file. Is this a game specification? I'm attaching an image as an example. It's hard to see, but there are FBI SWAT peds in the co-pilot seat and rear cabin, and a ped wearing a pilot suit in the cockpit.

This is wonderfully immersive, but the fps drop is severe. I use it in combination with XPU, but the fps is always 15-20 lower than before I installed it. Also, the screen stutters every time the audio is played during pursuit.

If you load LSPDFR from the RPH console after a crash, you can successfully put it on-duty. If the game is started in "off-duty" mode, the crash will not occur.
