Riskier Traffic Stops
I've returned after a long time and am currently reconfiguring my mods. I tried to install it together with Policing Redefined, but the file versions of "CommonDataFramework.dll" and "CommonDataFramework.pdb" included in both mods are the same but the file sizes are different, so I'm confused about which one to install.

How do I disable default siren sound when pulling someone over?
I think the sound will no longer sound if you set the <audioNameHash> tag in vehicles.meta to anything other than an emergency vehicle. Set either a custom engine sound mod or a vanilla vehicle.

If you are using LArevo and this is happening on the first load, this is normal behavior. The LArevo community has mentioned running reload all plugins twice with RPH plugin autoload turned off.

Why can't I change a ped's Combatdata in Peds.YMT?
I found a solution to this problem, so I'm leaving a note for anyone who is having the same problem. The default peds.ymt (file size around 240) is encrypted, and if you open it in edit mode and save it, the game will refuse to start. To start the game normally, you need a decrypted version of peds.ymt (file size around 2400). I couldn't find a way to decrypt it, but as long as the file itself is decrypted, I looked for a MOD that provided a decrypted peds.ymt and used that file. Copy all the contents of the encrypted peds.ymt you have, overwrite the contents of the decrypted file, change the parts you want to edit, save it, and finally replace peds.ymt from the encrypted one with the decrypted one, and you're done. The decrypted peds.ymt file extracted from the MOD is edited for that MOD, so don't forget to overwrite the contents with the default contents.

I have custom handling meta, after seeing your response I changed the Granger handling used on this vehicle back to default and it fixed the issue. I don't know which line in the handling meta was causing this but thank you.

I installed the vehicle in the FBI2 slot and copied and pasted the vehicles meta. As you can see in the image below, the front suspension seems to have been extended and the height is not the same as the rear suspension, so the front of the vehicle is higher. I'm not familiar with Chevy Tahoe, but is it originally like this?

I was able to get everything to work by removing the InputManager. However, since the InputManager is used by Venoxity's SimpleCTRL, users who use it must choose one or the other. Also, the siren doesn't seem to stop if you use Faya's Seatbelt's QuickExit function to quickly unbuckle your seatbelt and exit the car. So I'll stick with Rich's automatic siren cutout, but I think the ELSSirenExtender is great because it has a bypass function for traffic stops that the automatic siren cutout doesn't have.

I tried switching from Rich's automatic siren cutout to this mod, but it doesn't seem to work in my environment. It didn't even load in ver1.0.0, but it loaded in ver1.0.3, but the siren cutout doesn't work. The friendly horn works. Of course, each file is in the right place, and the siren cutout is enabled in the settings. I've attached a video.

Are the flags defined in the file, "RespondsAsTransport" and "RespondsAsBackup", for the basic functionality of lspdfr? Are the above flags irrelevant when using Ultimate Backup or Stop the Ped to call for help or transport prisoners?

Thank you for your investigation. I also tested it when I redid the mods folder after updating the game version. It did not occur with Ultimate Backup, Stop the Ped, and 686 Callout. It also occurred before replacing the combat-related meta files, so as you pointed out, it seems to be interfering with another MOD.

Hello. I'm enjoying this callout. Now, I have a problem with terrorist attacks. When responding to a terrorist attack, the behavior of the called backup and participating ambient patrol units becomes strange. Specifically, if you shoot or aim near a friendly PED during combat, it will stand still, and for a moment it will attack and stand still repeatedly against players within range. This attack has a damage judgment. When this symptom occurs, the nearby PEDs will also become strange. I have attached a video and log that reproduces the situation. It never occurred during long battles in gang areas, other incidents in 686 callouts, or other callouts (SWAT-related incidents in super callouts). - When the terrorists are eliminated and the callout ends, the strange PEDs will return to normal and will respond to disbandment by CODE4. - The symptom occurs not only with units generated by Ultimate Backup when responding to a terrorist attack, but also with ambient patrol units generated by LSPDFR. It is unlikely that callouts would affect friendly combat AI, but I couldn't figure it out by looking at the logs, so I'm posting this.
