Im using gta 4 through steam and other times i used it before re installing i was able to change the graphics and now it wont let me go up, it just shows the number real quick and stays at 1.

Can someone give me a detailed way how to change vehicle textures on my police car?

I have used traffic flow but that barely changed anything and a lot of police and ambulance were appearing, but is there another thing i can download so that i have traffic or more cars?

Hello, i have never downloaded any textures or whatever and i want to download a different light bar. I have downloaded the one i want just that i dont know how to put it in so that its in the game.

I am new to downloading an installing textures can somebody explain to me how to install it! download it but its only pictures?

i tried to lower graphics and stuff and it still pops up like 3 seconds after the game loads any other suggestions?

Everything was good for gta iv until after like 5 times of playing it, then when the game launched niko appeared the game crashed and said FATAL ERROR: out of video memory and it does that every time i load the game now. Is there an easy way to fix this?

i have everything good with the fdlc script just that when i downloaded and put in the firefighter outfits i dont know where to get them so i can wear them. I went to the police station and scrolled through all the outfits and mine is not in there. Where should i go?

how can you take out the car mods you have because i heard it was with some backup but im not a pro at this and i dont remember where my backup, if i even saved them is there another way? but thanks for the help!

I got onto gta iv from steam and i turn on lcpdfr and go to a station, then i pick out my guy and go outside to pick my car. When i go through all the default cars its normal but when i go to the modded els car, my car doesn't spawn and my guy just stands up and the buildings by me dissappear... does anybody know how to fix this problem so that i can actually pick the car and play?
