I have downloaded everything right. And I installed and reinstalled openiv and simple trainer . and my els cars and dlc cars not showing up, and when I press F3 my Menu won’t pop up and my eup not working either . Idk what to do

when i play i press F3 for simple tranier it wont come up even when i pressF12 for eup say insatill wron i know it not i done it before and i my police cars wont come up
