SoCal Thero has an awesome CHP pack with a Foxbody that you can reskin to fit whatever department you desire!

Honestly, I don't think anything is going to change. Instead of locking models, people simply won't give permission to edit them.
Just because all models can be edited, far from all models may be edited. The only thing that's going to be easier is to import models in ZMod. However, it's going to be a lot more complicated to check whether credits are correct or permissions were given. In the past, you were able to filter for unlocked models and you were allowed to use nearly all of them without any further permissions. Now you'll need to check every single model part to find out if you may edit it or have to contact the author to ask for permission.
Without the ability to lock models, there won't be a new "open source" modding community. There'll just be much more reports because people don't want others to edit their mods.

You guys are both ass wholes. I mean clearly when it's done. I was just asking for like a time frame. Not saying i'm in a rush i just wanted to know. You could have said something more respectful. But i see theirs dicks everywhere these days smh.

Just a little preliminary question for you, a hypothetical situation, if you will...
 
You're going to WalMart, and see a 30,000 lb armored truck by the door, the messenger has the door open which has a big yellow sign that says "STAY BACK," and he's loading boxed coin onto a hand cart.
 
 
Do you;
 
A) Heed the sign's warning, and stay back, and go around the truck
 
OR
 
B) Walk up to the messenger with your hands in your pockets, and attempt to walk between the truck and the building
 
 
Think about that for a brief moment.
 
 
 
 
Okay, so on several occasions today, I had people get WAY too close to me. The first one had his eyes on me, and with his hands in his pocket, walked towards me. I dropped what I was doing, stared him down, and put my hand on my gun and waited for him to pass.
 
The second more notable situation was at another WalMart, we were parked about 6 feet from the wall. With my side door open, that left about 3 feet between my door and the wall. I was loading coin again, and a guy walked up from the front of the truck, and I knew he was going to try and get between me and the wall. I pointed at him and yelled at him to go around, which he did. During that same stop, right after him, another guy came up from the back. At least with him, as soon as I looked at him, he stepped back, and went around.
 
On top of that, I had several people walk into me while inside. Like they're just drifting over, and bump me. I had to push several people today.
 
What the hell is wrong with people? Today was one of the worst days I've had in a while dealing with people. Just wanted to vent a little of my rage.

To be a teenager again.. let me tell you a story, when I started with the towing company I'm with now the guy I share a truck with is very gay, anyway, he has these 2 slutty friends that are his "wingmen" to get straight guys into bed (fucked up, I know) yup that straight guy being me, the girls are alright, screwable, but not worth it, moral of the story, I don't talk to any of them now cause they got on my nerves bothering me with it all the time, now I share the truck and that's it, catching what I'm saying?
 
Or you could just go with the "Bitch, I ain't even interested" approach.
