hey guys, I'm going to be getting a new PC soon and I had a sudden dread about re downloading all of LSPDFR plugins and stuff.... I've already copy and pasted my entire GTA folder to another portable hard drive, but I'm unsure about OpenIV. Will all of my mods work on the new PC just from copying the folder over, or will I need to do the whole process with OpenIV again? Sorry if this doesn't make sense, I have no other way of wording it 😅😄

Every time I download as Els for lspdfr car mods it doesn’t give me the els as XML format. How do I change them??
