The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hey I tried that last night and didn’t work. Lemme try again. Is notepad++ any better?? Do I need to save the document before closing it?

If you have Notepad++, yes, it's better and I recommend opening it with that. 

 

If you edited the document, you will need to save it before closing it. You can simply press "Control + S" to save it.

Still not saving as XML🙄 would downloading it Ona different internet browser work? Chrome n not explorer?

To answer the question of eternally changing it, what you can do is the following:
1. Select one of the xml files. 
2. Right Click and select Open With... and then choose at the bottom Choose Another App.
3. Select whichever program you want it to open with and then at the bottom choose Always use this app to open.

You may have to refresh the File Explorer window for it to take effect. And at the most, restart PC.
