you have probably seen others comments/figured it out yourself by now but install heap adjuster, packfile limiter and a new up to date addon game config as thats the problem with car crashes 99% of the time

Is it not working in game or not loading in (crash etc)? If its in game, Make sure els lock isn't on (by pressing scroll lock key in game which is the toggle on/off for it) which can sometimes be on and not realise which prevents it from working If not i have no clue sorry but if i think of anything will let you know.
