I have never gotten that specific error. I have no idea what that file does as it came with the clean base version of enb. I am currently investigating on the issue as some other people are having it too.

My specs are on my channel. I also recommend playing with no shadows for best fps ranging.

You need to adjust your brightness. Noon is currently supposed to be that bright.
