I got have them where im a go ahead with there release, Yes theres a couple of flaws, But im still learning as i go to make things better in the future, My first DEV part purchase is featured on these cars, So i hope you make them get as many plates as they can read, They do seem a tad bit better then my first release . Kidnapping: Prevent the kidnapper from committing a murder (added in 0.0.1) Suspicious Cargo: Drive to the caller's position and inspect the cargo. (added in 0.0.1) Pool Accident: A person fell drunk into a pool and swallowed a lot of water. Save her/him. (added in 0.0.1) Trespassing: A homeless person is sleeping on private property. Handle the situation appropriately. (added in 0.0.2) Stranded Whale: There have been several reports of a beached whale, get rid of it! (added in 1.1.0.0) Active Shooter: Investigate the reported location and stop the threat. (added in 1.1.0.0) Building On Fire: A structure caught fire. Respond to the location, let the fire fighters do their job and catch the arsonist. (added in 1.2.0.0) Plane Emergency: A commercial plane declared an emergency respond and handle the situation. (added in 1.3.0.0) Parking Offence: A civilian reported a wrong parked car, check for a permit. (added in 1.3.0.0) Diamond Casino Heist Act I: Help the N.O.O.S.E. Captain arresting the suspects robbing the casino, (added in 2.0.0.0) This is rather a mission than an actual realistic callout.

LoneWolf911 reacted to PNWParksFan for a file, LiveLights - siren setting live editorThis is a RagePluginHook plugin for single-player GTA V. It enables users to view and modify all siren setting parameters live in game and import/export carcols.meta files.
You must have RagePluginHook version 98 or later. You can download RPH bundled with LSPDFR or from the RPH Discord server.
This plugin is primarily intended as a tool for vehicle developers to create and modify siren settings. Users are welcome to use it to look around and try out making their own custom sequences, but it is not intended as a general-use siren controller.
If you use this mod to make something cool, please mention this mod in your readme or credits file, and link to this page. Quick feature overview and user guide:
Configure carcols.meta and carvariations.meta for your vehicle(s) and load your initial carcols settings Launch the game with LiveLights installed Open the RPH console and type `LoadPlugin LiveLights.dll` to load the plugin if it isn't set to load automatically Spawn a vehicle you want to work on Open the LiveLights menu (`-` key on the main keyboard by default) The menu will show the default siren setting name for the current vehicle. You can switch to a different siren setting from the menu if you want. Any siren setting defined in any carcols.ymt/carcols.meta file is not editable in game. You can only edit cloned copies which are created temporarily in memory. Clicking into the Edit Siren Settings menu will automatically create an editable clone of the currently selected siren setting. Once an editable clone has been created, any changes you make to it will only apply to that cloned setting; they will not affect the original version. You can set any individual vehicle to use the cloned copy by selecting it through the menu, but any newly spawned vehicle will use its default, unedited siren setting when spawned. Any changes you make in the Edit Siren Settings menu will immediately be applied to all spawned vehicles which have been set to use that clonsed siren setting. Within the main menu you can change all settings which apply to the overall siren setting entry (e.g. BPM, falloff settings, etc.) There are submenus to edit settings for each individual siren (1-20). The siren submenus siren-specific settings, and have further submenus for corona, flashiness, and rotation settings. There are separate submenus for headlight and taillight settings. There is a sequence quick-edit menu which allows you to change the flashiness sequence for all sirens, plus headlights and taillights, from a single menu without having to switch between siren submenus. You can use the Copy menu to copy settings between sirens within one settings instance, or to copy between different settings instances. Select dynamically whether to copy everything or only certain properties. When you are finished configuring your siren setting and are satisfied with the results, you can click the Export item on the Edit Siren Settings menu to export that individual setting, or you can use the Export menu from the main menu to select multiple settings to export to a single file. You will be prompted for a file location. If you just enter a filename, the setting entry currently being edited will be saved to GTA V\Plugins\LiveLights\carcols\<selected_filename>. If you enter a path relative to the GTA root folder, your file will be saved to that path, e.g. LML\police-pack\data\new-carcols.meta. You can also enter an absolute path and the file will be saved to that exact location even if it is not within the GTA V folder, e.g. C:\GTA V\mods\police\carcols-2.meta. You can set the siren ID on each edited siren setting as you make changes. This only affects the siren ID that will be exported; it does not do anything in-game, and nothing prevents you from exporting multiple settings with the same ID (which you should probably avoid). If you do not specify a siren ID it will be exported as 0 by default. You will need to edit the siren ID to the value you wish to use in your carcols.meta/carvariations.meta. See info below regarding important notes on siren setting ID limitations. The exported file will be a fully valid carcols.meta file and can be used directly in a DLC, LML package, or FiveM resource. All changes will be lost when you exit the game. Make sure to export any savings you want to keep, and add those exported savings to a carcols.meta file which will get loaded by the game.
Siren Setting ID limit:
GTA V has a hard-coded limit of 255 siren setting IDs in the game. Siren setting IDs over 255 can be entered in carcols.meta, but will overflow and be converted to a number between 0-255, which may conflict with other mods.
SirenSetting Limit Adjuster:
It is strongly recommended to install the SirenSetting Limit Adjuster (SSLA). This raises the siren setting ID limit to 65535, and increases the per-vehicle siren
limit from 20 sirens to 32 sirens. LiveLights automatically detects if SSLA is installed and how many sirens are supported by your game. If SSLA is installed, you can choose to export carcols.meta files with only 20 sirens, or up to 32 sirens. Select this in the export menu.

INFORMATION
The pack contains 8 CVPIs at the moment, that are divided into 3 patrol units, 2 traffic units and 3 gang units. There are variations such as the luggage compartment equipment and the console itself. It also contains realistic liveries, parking lights and a great focus on details.
The pack is tested on different PCs, which means there should not be any issue while using it as an ADDON.

FEATURES
10 Star Wanted Level
6 Stars wasn’t enough. Illustrated by a darkening red hue, the wanted level can now go up to 10, allowing for more gradual escalation as the law responds to your path of destruction. You will also have a more difficult time shaking the law compared to 3.1 due to improvements and fixes made to chase AI and spawning.
Overhauled Peds & Vehicles
Tons of new peds & vehicles have been added, and existing ones have had enormous facelifts to improve quality, diversity & polish.
Significant Performance & Stability Improvements Over 3.1
The wanted level script has received a major uplift. Performance issues have been fixed, allowing for the game to perform as though you’re running vanilla. LODs have been improved and expanded upon, and all of this combines to prevent recurring problems that plagued 3.1, such as crashes, pop-in and map streaming issues.
Enhanced Support For Story Missions & Cutscenes
Cutscenes have been modified to include RDE peds where necessary. In addition, scripting has allowed for RDE peds and vehicles to show up in various story and stranger missions.
Updated LSPDFR Support
New compatibility files are included to allow for RDE peds and vehicles to be properly utilised when playing LSPDFR.
Updated WOV Compatibility
A lite version of WOV 10.1 is integrated, adding a ton of extra detail to the game world alongside RDE’s assets. This includes the Gangs of Los Santos overhaul, which, combined with personality, loadout and relationship edits, makes South LS more dangerous than ever, both for the player and for the law. Thanks to Cass & LDNENG for permissions here.
PEV: Dispatch, Tactics, Ambience Remastered Features
Jayden585 was kind enough to provide optional files that allow RDE to make use of various PEV features, such as more intricate search AI and fine-tuned combat behaviour (You should still only install one mod or the other, not both).
Countless Extra Features
Laser sights support for heli snipers (Thanks to AlexGuirre), improved loadouts, extra police weapon animations, overhauled roadblocks, additional wanted level music, corrected ped and vehicle soundbanks, new license plate designs, K9 response, paratroopers, restored ground response in certain zones like Mt Chiliad, high-speed response, streamlined script xmls, bug fixes. RDE DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
RDE is:
Lore Friendly - each of the changes introduced does not stand out from the GTA universe created by Rockstar Games. The concepts introduced by Rockstar have instead been expanded and revamped with loving care.
Realistic - many of the introduced changes bring GTA V closer to real life - examples include new AI behaviours and tactics, agency jurisdictions, response types and more. However, realistic does not mean real - it’s still the GTA universe, just better.
Detailed - every aspect of the mod has been fine-tuned, from higher quality models and textures to new police stations. Even the tiny details such as port police officers replacing private security in relevant places in the Port of South LS are included, and many more details have been added to already existing models.
Fun - RDE has been made to be a challenging but fun experience. The specialised, built-from-ground-up wanted level system allows for truly epic chases and shootouts - but watch out! Cops have some new tools in their equipment, and they know how to use them - to great effect. Ten Stars is now in effect - can you survive the law enforcement agencies of San Andreas throwing everything they have at you?

FAQ:
Q: I noticed a bug; how should I submit a report for it to be fixed?
A: Please provide a brief explanation of the bug and submit your logs. To do this open SixStarResponse.ini and make the following changes: “Debug=1” “NativeDebug=1” then save the ini. Reproduce the bug and open your SixStarResponse.log, gather the contents, use pastebin.com to post the log contents, and then submit the link to us with your description.
Q: Please help! I’m getting crash issues upon loading the game or selecting story mode.
A: There’s numerous things that could cause this. If a new game update is released it will require changes to the gameconfig, among various other potential file changes. If you have an excessive amount of extra vehicles or dlc archives in addition to RDE, that could cause issues with gameconfig as well. Our advice: Remove everything and start with a fresh mods folder (yes remove any other scripts as well) then install only RDE and slowly add the others back one by one; testing with each addition. We’ve also included Pool Manager, which, in particular circumstances, will tell you if a particular value in gameconfig is to blame for your crashing.
Q: I do not own a legal copy of the game, will this mod still work?
A: We only provide support for players with legal copies of the game.
Q: Can I develop my own configs for RDE and submit them on GTA5-mods/LSPDFR?
A: Not only are you allowed to do this but we encourage you to do so! However you are not permitted to share our files, models, scripts, etc. Only the config files are to be shared so be sure to have your users install RDE first before adding your mod/edits.
Q: Why is the game failing to load the multiplayer map?
A: This is most likely due to too many dlc archives being installed. RDE 4.0 by itself works fine with the mp map, so use some diligence when it comes to installing extra content on top of it that pushes the game past this limitation.
Q: Why are the cops not using their weapons correctly?
A: If you find yourself with cops just staring at you with bugged animations, that's because you've overwritten our weaponanimations.meta file located in update.rpf. To fix this, simply copy the contents here - https://pastebin.com/T8sdN3Dx
and paste them right at the top of the meta file, so it should end up looking like this - https://i.imgur.com/MBRPntd.png

This was designed on a 32 button stream deck and results may vary.
To Install, import (ELS CONTROL) profile into stream deck by going to Settings, Profile tab,

I designed this mod specifically for content creators so that they can less focused on the small task of cruising on patrol and more engaged with commentary and/or live stream interaction.

Brief Description of Driving Styles:
Normal - This is the typical driving style for AI traffic. Aggressive - Drives more aggressively with overtaking vehicles and possibly ramming. Urgent - Kind of a hybrid of Normal and Aggressive in that some vehicles will be overtaken. Code 2 - Based upon the common driving behaviors of Code 2 driving across the United States. Code 2 (California style) - A specific Code 2 driving as seen and experienced in California. Through my ride along experiences, officers can only use lights and sirens when authorized. The effects exists out of predefined patterns and your own created patterns which can be activated by the configuration file for the keyboard and mouse.
The color of the effects can also be modified to predefined color values or RGB values.
This plugin supports ELS.

LoneWolf911 reacted to Echooo for a file, Improved Pursuit AIThis mod improves the behavior AI backup in pursuits. Tired of seeing AI constantly and randomly go for pits on suspects? Tired of seeing AI drive out in front of a suspect for no reason and cause a major accident? Well I was, the default LSPDFR pursuit menu (keybind is N by default) seemed to be very inconsistent with its ability to stop backup units from utilizing tactics such as pits on AI, so I decided to fix that. With this mod installed, you now have complete control over when backup units go in for a pit on the suspect vehicle (by utilizing the pursuit menu and enabling/disabling tactics, which actually works properly now!). AI is also a bit more tame, when tactics are disabled, AI will just follow the suspect in a proper line. backup AI units will even slow down for you if you attempt to take primary, and they do not fight you for primary position in a pursuit. This mod does not change suspect AI, or any AI that is not labeled as police.
What this mod does:
AI units no longer drive out in front of suspects when joining pursuits to try and "block" the suspect (weirdly enough this was an intentional feature)
AI units are more tame and will follow the suspect in a line (especially when tactics are disabled)
AI units no longer crash into each other constantly during pursuits to fight for a position
AI units do their best to stay behind the suspect vehicle, they do not try and drive out in front of the suspect to block them
The default LSPDFR pursuit menu works properly now, if tactics are disabled, AI units do not try and pit the suspects, they will only move in for pits when tactics are enabled.
AI units slow down for you if you try and pass them to take primary, and if you want the AI to take primary you pull over and let them pass (you need to make a complete stop on your car or else it may look a bit buggy)
NOTE: Tactics in the pursuit menu are usually enabled by default when the pursuit starts, so make sure to disable it if you do not want AI to go for pits.
KNOWN ISSUES: Sometimes, even though you disable tactics in the pursuit menu, the AI will still try and pit the suspect, this can be fixed by simply cycling the tactics between enabled and disabled.
To get the best result from this mod, I recommend you install AI Traffic Fluidity and Discipline (link to the mod below). if you do not install it, you may not get the same results that I did. But it is not required, this mod will work just fine without it.

LoneWolf911 reacted to PieRGud for a file, Callout ManagerCallout Manager gives you the ability to select LSPDFR-compatible callouts individually.
Please note that this plugin scans through each callout plugin installed and finds any and all callouts in that plugin. Some callout authors may have left callouts that aren't intended to be triggered in their code. Thus, you may encounter some weird callout names or callouts that don't trigger at all.
Also note that this mod uses a part of LSPDFR that isn't intended to be used. The LSPDFR developers can update their modification at any time and effectively patch the method used, rendering this plugin obsolete.
Installation
Place CalloutManager.dll and CalloutManager.ini in /Plugins/LSPDFR/.
Then while on duty, press F12 on your keyboard or RB and the Left DPad button on your controller.
These toggles can be changed in the CalloutManager.ini.
FAQ
Q: There is only one default LSPDFR callout. What's up with that?
A: LSPDFR defines every callout as a "Robbery" which is the only thing that will show up in the Callout Manager. When this callout is triggered in Callout Manager, it will randomly trigger one of the three default callouts LSPDFR has to offer.
Q: Does this work for ____ callout plugin?
A: Yes. This plugin will fetch the callouts from every callout plugin installed.

He was approaching the front door of the residence when a man opened fire on him, fatally wounding him. A second officer arriving at the home exchanged gunfire with the subject, who ran back inside of the home. He emerged moments later holding an 8-year-old boy and began to strangle the child. A bystander then tackled the subject who was then shot and killed by the other officer.
