No I have not saved while on duty, and how would I make a new save?

When I boot up the game and when my save game is loading my game randomly crashes, but if I go into multiplayer from the start menu, it doesn't crash. I have read many thing on Google but none are helpful. Thanks

I already have express mode on but the weird thing is in multiplayer, it only turns on if I have my chat open.

So in single player when I press H to turn my siren on, it works. But in multiplayer is doesn't. Is it not supposed to work? Sorry if in wrong section! :)

A while ago GTA IV was freezing my pc, but it was resolved. The other day I re-installed GTA IV and now my pc is randomly freezing. I uninstalled Steam and GTA IV and it works perfectly. Any reason why Steam would be freezing my computer?
