I did and nothing works

So I have my clan's pack in and it's optimized for ELS V8 and I have ELS8 in and i start up the game and when I go to start LCPDFR it won't start. I spawn a cop car and it has its steady burns on and i can't load the panel to change lights and i can't even turn the lights on. I have LCPDFR V.095 in.

My specs suck and I can run the game fine in single player i think it's because i host just myself i have had hosting problems with other games also.

Well if i want to play with them I need the cars into the game.

I am indeed LCPDFR vpCallouts Trafficflow ALPR Policehelper and a pack that i have from a clan i am in.

It now says my computer is running to slowly is there any fix to that besides getting a new computer

I contacted rock star and they needed proof of the purchase which I don't have anymore. Should I uninstall social club and try putting the key in again?

Negative it's off the back of the manual.

I start up social club and hit play and then go in hit sign in type in my stuff and it says downloading profile and it says your product key is invalid please insert a valid product key.

I have reinstalled it multiple times and it still doesn't work.
