This issue has been throwing me for a loop for a couple weeks now, I've googled it over and over and apparently I'm the only person who's ever had this issue lol. Whenever I load into my private server to test some textures, if I put my pants on an unsaved character or load up an outfit right from the Saved Peds menu they look how they should, but if I put them on a saved MP Character they look dingy and dirty, like there's a dirt layer or something applied over them and it seems like it slightly changes the shade of the color as well. Just to be sure I've tried the "Clean Player Clothes" option in vMenu with no success. The issue doesn't seem to happen on any shirts I've made, only pants. This is a huge issue when I put the pants into a public server and anyone who puts them on sees them as dirty or dingy. I've made sure I'm saving the DDS as 8.8.8.8, and I've tested it with several other options as well just to be sure. The Mipmaps seem to be fine, I can't figure this out for the life of me. Pictures: Any help at all is appreciated, it's very possible I'm just being stupid and forgetting a tiny detail somewhere along the line.

The internet at my house is to bad to play any Multiplayer games right now, therefore I can't watch any youtube videos either, so I pass my time by 3d Modeling, such as guns for the Arma series, but I want to get into making vehicles for the wonderful people of this community. So does anyone have any written tutorials of how to get into making vehicles? Just simple stuff like attaching lightbars, rambars, etc, or can someone write a short one? Nothing fancy, just the basics.

So, I'm trying to get together a pack of unlocked cars so I can have somebody make my clan a pack (with the creators permission, of course) and this is the last car that I need, but I can not find it anywhere. Does anyone have a link to one? Thanks!

Heres what I think. Don't have an airsoft war in the woods in a neighborhood. There are airsoft fields for a reason. Use them, you don't have to have an orange tip there.

Hey guys, I'm starting on a new patrol pack. Eventually this will have a charger, two crown vics - 1 marked/1 unmarked - and a tahoe or Explorer, I haven't decided. I chose to start with the charger because that's my favorite car to patrol in. Main color is a dark blue, with white letters. Sides of the car will have two blue stripes, with white in the middle, and the rear bumper will be blue. Letters will be white with a blue outline. I will need testers for this, because my GTA currently isn't working, so if you're up to testing for me, shoot me a message and I'll give you the download link as soon as it's done. What both of you said is slightly true. As for budget you guys have tons of supporters who I'm sure would donate. I honestly would, if I had the money to. And tons of people would probably be willing to help test the game for you guys. Trusted people, of course.

Actually, a standalone would be a lot better. It wouldn't crash nearly as much. Reason? Because GTA4 can't handle mods. If there was a standalone, it would be able to handle mods making it more stable. +1
