Small Town Traffic CVPI
 
     This release features a CVPI built around the theme of a small town traffic unit. This was made to just mess around with but many people have asked me to make it public so here it is. I themed the build around being a cheaper small town build with older styles of equipment inside and out. Like I said this was made to mess around so I made most of the parts and options as extras so it has a lot to play with but this also mean this will not work well with backup and is intended for Player use only. Hope you all enjoy this fun little release!

Since the LSPD uses old harley bikes, it was time for a new bike in the fleet.
It's faster, better responding and has lots of lights.
Made the body of the bike wider, like it's realtime counterpart the BMW 1200.
Improved a lot of things.

It's unlocked for improvement, personal use, dev tool etc. as long as the credits are mentioned.
 
I had it for a long time as many cars, made it for personal use. thought it would be nice to release it.

Welcome to the Nickel-Plated Combat Pistol mod! This mod gives the Desert Eagle-based Combat Pistol a higher-quality finish, new details and fixes unpleasant errors!
The IV Deagle stands out among the other guns in GTA IV- partially because it's the only other Pistol in the vanilla game, but also for some other reasons. The developers clearly took pride in modeling this weapon, but they still managed to mirror the "DEAGLE .47 LIBERTY CITY ARMS" texture on the left side of the gun, making it look downright stupid. On top of that, the gun lacks a magazine release, and comes in an unpleasant, bare-metal shade of gray, making look as though it came off the line without a proper finish. This mod handles these issues and adds some new details for a higher-quality Combat Pistol!
 
This mod features:
 
-All-new nickel finish, greatly improving the weapon's appearance
-Fixed text on the side, now it simply reads "IMI" (can't mirror those letters!)
-New magazine release
-Highly-detailed rear sights, making the gun FPS competent
-New WeaponInfo: Higher damage and longer range, but greater recoil
-New cutscene model for TLaD
-.wtd replacement for TBoGT version
-Models included, just in case you didn't make backups!

Reflective:
Reflective overall looks better in game and decals light up like they would IRL 
(look at the 4 pics before the all blue pics for examples)

CAN'T CHANGE THE LIVERIES WITH REFLECTIVE!!
 
NON-Reflective:
This should be used if you plan on changing the liveries but decals wont light up

Having texture problems?
Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.
 
HOW TO INSTALL REPLACE VARIANT
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks - patchday24ng - dlc.rpf - x64 - levels - gta5 - vehicles.rpf
Drag and Drop the YTD and YFT Files from the folders of the cars you want to install
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

I finally bought a Federal Signal smart siren on Ebay and as I do I made a GTA 5 siren pack with it. Used a SM57 mic under a controlled environment and made a crisp sounding real to life smart siren. This pack also has the firetruck as my real life PA300 siren and the ambulance as my real life Whelen siren for extra immersion. Hope you enjoy !

This is a simple Seatbelt mod called "SeatbeltV" it makes you able to toggle and untoggle your seatbelt. To Toggle SeatBelt The Default Key Is U (Can Be Customized in the ini file)

Welcome to the (first) Van Insanity Livery Pack! This pack features new, (weird) high-quality (unhinged) liveries for each of GTA IV's three original livery-support vans! I've been sitting on some of these liveries for a few months now, and I figured it was high time I released them! I'm planning on doing more packs in the future as well, hence this being number one.
 
The liveries are mostly interchangable between models, especially the Pony and Burrito, but the Speedo's rear door design would clash with the liveries from the Pony and Burrito, so I don't reccomend using those liveries on the Speedo.
 
This pack features:
 
-CTOS livery for Burrito: From Ubishit's world of Watch Dogs comes this near-future van livery! Emblazoned with the logos of the Blume Corporation and their so-called "CiTy Operating System", this livery brings some tech dystopia vibes to the streets of LC and Alderney! Grab your ASP Baton and start brooding on the street corner, you're a hacker now.  
 
-Satriale's Pork Store livery for Burrito: Situated between a deli and a hardware store on Acter's Moog Street, this Italian cafe and butchery is a icon of Alderney cuisine and a must-try destination for anyone seeking quality food and friendly staff. Truly one of the more convincing legitimate business fronts!
 
-Sprunk livery for Burrito: Sprunk's Alderney plant shut down years ago, but some of the last Burritos from their fleet can still be spotted trundeling around town. If you happen to find yourself behind the wheel, don't drink anything you find in the back- that crap was bottled just after Love Fist broke up.
 
-eCola livery for Pony: Unlike Sprunk, eCola's fleet is still presentable and up-to-date. Liveried in the new "share an eCola with" theme, the message of friendship spread by these vans will prompt you to phone up that nutjob you met while you were visiting Tony Prince's clubs last summer, because hey, it's not like you've got anything better to do.
 
-Aperture Science livery for Speedo: Hailing from the pothole-ridden streets of Upper Michigan come the vans of Aperture Science Incorporated! However, the LCPD is suspicious of their presence and the intentions of company drivers- Traffic stops have already resulted in seizures of highly illegal components and chemicals used for nefarious purposes.

I managed to find my files for this script on my old PC!
I updated BasicCruiseControl to work again with the newer versions of Scripthook!
So: Lots of you want to keep it real, especially when it comes to speeds when on patrol in LSPDFR. And most of you know how hard and annoying that can be! The problem is, that this is pretty hard and can get annoying after a certain amount of time. That can be a big minus to "realistic" patrols, because you as a cop should absolutely stick to the speed limit. This plugin adds a basic cruise control/speed limiter/what ever you want to call it to the game that lets you select a speed your vehicle will never exceed. You can set the CC to hold (pause working) while you have your emergency lights on in the config file!
 
Installation
!! THIS IS A SCRIPTHOOK V .NET SCRIPT !!
1. Download Scripthook V from http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/ and follow the readme in it's RAR archive!
2. Download Community Scripthook V .NET from https://de.gta5-mods.com/tools/scripthookv-net and copy all the files to your GTA V main directory
3. (If you don't have it already) create a folder called "scripts" in your GTA V main directory
4. Drag BCC.dll and BCC.ini into that folder
Voilá!
 
Quick troubleshooting:
If you have vehicles spawning/weird things happening while using the PageUp and PageDown keys, that is most likely due to a trainer (like SimpleTrainer). Make sure to disable those keybindings in the trainers ini!

Hello and thank you for trying out my mod, MSPP. This mod aims to change the streets of Los Santos to be more safer by adding more signs, street lights and traffic lights! This mod has been in the works for almost 2 YEARS! Hope you guys enjoy!
 
Bugs: Some collisions in some props can be wonky. Please comment any bugs found.

Features: Over 65 new street props, new traffic pathing for better street light functionality.

DESCRIPTION:

Hi. I had the idea of collecting more realistic sounds for weapons. My goal is to secure the shootings of the game to those of the real life to get a greater immersion during the shootouts in Los Santos. I've extracted sounds from gunshots from games like Far Cry 4, Battlefield 4 and real weapons sound plus I've extracted sounds from distant shots of movies like Heat (1995).
The objective of my mod is to obtain the sound immersion of the scene of the robbery of the bank and shootout with the LA police that appears in the film Heat (1995). I attach the video of this scene which is a work of art of the cinema

Also, I wanted to improve the sounds of explosions to deliver an experience similar to an urban combat.

-There are 3 versions of the mod in the 7z (RSW45.7z file):

RSE4.5 (Sound_Only).oiv -> This version only installs the sounds without any meta files that modify the gameplay. It is a version compatible with other mods. If you have version 4.4 installed, install this version as an update.

RSE4.5_AK47_Sound2.oiv ->This version installs the full mod with an alternate sound for the Assault Rifle (Ak47). This Ak47 sound setting has no sound for the silenced version.

RSE4.5_AK47_Default.oiv -> This is the default version of the mod.

This pack was designed with multiplayer in mind, and use in singleplayer was always a secondary consideration. As such, the vehicles were not extensively tested with LCPDFR.
 
This download includes custom ELS and handling, as well as templates if you want to make your own liveries.

Welcome to the Improved Emergency Liveries Pack! This pack features complete livery and color overhauls for the Ambulance, Fire Truck and Police Maverick in order to modernize and brighten their appearances, bringing these often-overlooked vehicles up to 2008-period accuracy while remaining lore-friendly! I was motivated to make these textures after, well, I grew tired of the dated and somewhat bland Vanilla designs. The Vanilla Ambulance livery is a '90s period piece, seemingly belonging to a lore equivalent of the NYC EMS, which, in reality, was merged with the FDNY in 1998. The Fire Truck falls into a similar trap as well, with '90s-vintage color distribution and, curiously, nowhere on the truck does the word "FIRE" or "FIRE DEPARTMENT" appear, with the exception of the patch- despite "FIRE" text going unused on the actual texture. The Police Maverick's livery is essentially the same as the police cars, down to the "LCPD" text on the side. While this design isn't that bad, it is inaccurate to reality and looks a bit boring- trust me, with my mods, you'll see the difference!
 
This pack features:
 
-New CarCols entries: New colors for all three vehicles- a brighter shade of red for the Fire Truck and Ambulance, and an impressive blue paintjob for the Police Maverick!

-Ambulance livery overhaul: FDLC markings for the Ambulance, along with new "FIRE DEPARTMENT" text, along with the Star of Life actually used by the FDNY! This livery is compatible with any Ambulance mod that uses Vanilla mapping, such as Thundersmacker's Vapid Steed Ambulance. The livery has been included in .dds format for individual replacement.

-Fire Truck livery overhaul: New "FIRE" markings along the side, as well as a tasteful remembrance decal. The "69" number has been changed to be black-and-white. Several smaller details have been added to the truck's rear and control panels, inspired by markings seen on actual FDNY trucks.

-Police Maverick livery overhaul: A cleaner, higher-quality livery, with "POLICE" text becoming more prominent.

-Vanilla style: Blends seamlessly into the game world, and looks like it's been there since launch day!

-Handling improvements for Ambulance and Fire Truck: Improved durability for the rigors of rescue!

What does RTS Do?
Riskier Traffic Stops (RTS) Is designed to bring more variety to your basic and mundane traffic stops.
 
Current Outcomes
The current included outcomes are as follows:
Get Out and Shoot - The suspect(s) get out and open fire on you and other officers
Flee - The suspect(s) flee from the traffic stop either in their vehicle or on foot
Yell - The suspect gets out of their vehicle and yells at you (3 Possible Sub-Outcomes)
Ramming - The suspect reverses into your vehicle before fleeing from the traffic stop
Shoot and Flee - The suspect(s) open fire on you from their vehicle and then flee from the traffic stop
Spit - The suspect spits at you from their vehicle
Get Out RO (Random Outcome) - The suspect exits the vehicle, and reaches. They might pull a:
Gun
Knife
Phone
Each has 2-3 sub-variations
 
Configurable in-game via the F4 menu -> RtsOpenConfigMenu.
