    1. Extract all files from the archive

    I Don't want too make a new mod folder. But I wanna delete my old map mod. What do I do? I made a universal oiv installer so just use that to uninstall your previous map mod(s).
    Will my map have those dark spots and be see through like yours? No, the only reason my map has transparency is because of my reshade preset 😊
    Can I still use this even if I play with the enhanced version and not Legacy? No and if you do install it idk whats gonna happen. But im not giving support.

    Have you ever used a basic postal code map for lspdfr and didn't like how it docent sync with your postal code plugins? Well this mod changes that. If you have ever wanted your game to be more like fivem this is the mod. This mod changes your map and allows you to feel the realism. For example when your on a traffic stop you look down and call your postal out. Now you can look at your minimap and do the same thing. Your minimap will be linked to your postal code plugin/script.

    Have you ever watched a fivem roleplay video on youtube or have you seen a fivem server using virus city map and postals? Well now that same map and the code are here for singleplayer (lspdfr only). This mod is just like my OCRP Postal Code map but its not the same thing just that both are fivem map conversions.     Purpose of This Plugin
    Persistent Identity System exists to give your patrol work continuity and meaning.
    In standard LSPDFR gameplay, most encounters are isolated. You stop someone, take action, and never see them again. There’s no long-term memory, no escalation, no evolving patterns.

    PIS changes that.

    It allows NPCs to maintain consistent identities across sessions, tracks their interaction history, and enables realistic progression over time. Repeat offenders are recognized. Warrants resurface. Behavior patterns become visible. Your decisions carry weight beyond a single traffic stop.
    Examples :
    You stop a drunk driver downtown and issue a citation.
    Two in-game days later you see him again, the prior offense is still there.

    You arrest someone in a neighborhood.
    Later on patrol, you encounter them again, not as a “new” random ped, but as the same individual with a record.

    The stripclub bodyguard who always spawns in the same place?
    Normally he’s a “new” person every time.
    With PIS, he’s treated as the same identity if the match is strong enough.

    Hello again! I'm giving you my little work on the basic model of the flashlight.
     
    I recently saw a video and a couple of photos where cops carry flashlights in a similar way, and it seemed like a good idea to develop.
    For a little understanding, these lights are mainly used by officers to make it easier to read documents at night, for example. Also, flashlights are worn not only by CHP officers, but also by other departments, such as Ventura County Sheriff.
     
    Some information about the work I have done:
    1. I made 3 positions for flashlights: On the right shoulder, on the left shoulder, on the chest. Each position has two models where one flashlight is on and the other is off. There are 6 models in total.
    2 out of 6 models are in our QuadLabs Modifications discord server, and are also free.
     
    2. Flashlights have a special material that allows them to glow. This glow is mostly visible in the dark. However, due to the different texture, the glow can also be seen during the daytime.
     
    3. The flashlights are already ready for use in FiveM and Singleplayer. The installation instructions will be below.

    1. Go to the "FiveM" folder

    After two years of development, it's here. Policing Redefined is a LSPDFR plugin similar to popular plugins such as Stop The Ped, Ultimate Backup by Bejoijo, LSPDFR+, or Arrest-Manager by Albo1125. It aims to provide an even more feature-rich and immersive experience to your LSPDFR Patrol, advancing ped and traffic stops as well as adding additional vehicle stops and on-foot traffic stops.

    Installation:
    Extract the contents of the downloaded Policing Redefined v[VERSION].zip archive. Drag-and-drop the contents of the "GTAV MAIN DIRECTORY" folder into your GTA 5 root directory. Read the "Get Started" guide on our site

    ⚰️ Coroner System (New) (See Planned / Upcoming below)
    Request a coroner unit through the Police Radio.
    Coroner van responds to nearby deceased persons.
    Two coroners arrive, examine each body, and report an apparent cause of death.
    Bodies are removed and replaced with a configurable body bag prop.
    Coroner vehicle and staff clear the scene automatically after recovery.
    Vehicle, ped model, body bag prop, search radius, spawn distance, arrival distance, and drive speed are configurable in PolicerAdvanced.ini.
    Optional: Install the Body Bags replacement mod for realistic body bag/stretcher visuals.

    Recommended Setup
    Ensure your GTA V and LSPDFR installations are fully updated.
    Use a clean plugin environment before testing new Policer Advanced versions.

    How It All Ties Together
    Start a traffic stop, use the menu to ID / cite / warn / arrest. Summonsed citations create court cases with realistic verdict logic and mugshots.
    Use ANPR while patrolling to surface wanted owners, invalid licensing, or stolen/expired vehicles — triggers radio checks and UI alerts automatically.
    On foot, use L-menu to manage peds consistently with vehicle stops (persona + flags unify all systems).
    Vehicle Manager (F7) for quick inspections/tests, and police-only quality-of-life options.

    Coroner System - IN TESTING — Request coroner to remove deceased peds after violent incidents. Ties into realism systems for cleanup and notifications.

    Known Issues
    MDT Flicker:
    Some users may experience flickering of MDT forms when the game is not paused.  
    This occurs because GTA V and Gwen both require fibers at the same time.  
    Fix: Set `PauseGameOnOpen = true` in the `[MDT]` section of `PolicerAdvanced.ini`.  
    High-end PCs may not need this setting.
     
    Tow Trucks Getting Stuck:
    Tow trucks may sometimes get stuck or fail to navigate correctly.  
    This is a limitation of GTA V AI driving.  
    Use the `H` respawn feature to force a tow truck to respawn closer if it cannot reach the target.  
     
    AI Behavior:
    Cones and barriers currently do not affect AI navigation.
    Vehicle avoidance will be introduced in a future update.

    Speed Zone Visuals:
    Zones are functional but have no visible ground ring once placed (for performance reasons).

    I noticed that the winch cable or wtv is also yellow for tow trucks and that Carlos (Michaels Gardener) also uses the texture for his lawn mower. But I also gave the vanilla files along with the modified files incase you dont like it and want to go back. Very simple, Very easy!

Well now that same map and the code are here for singleplayer (lspdfr only). This mod is just like my OCRP Postal Code map but its not the same thing just that both are fivem map conversions. Its recommended that you install this inside of a clean mods folder or atleast a mods folder without any other map mods installed. If you chose not too install this on a clean game version.     Is this Install Simple? Yes its very simple. Just use your noggin😁

    The map glitches when driving vehicles? Your missing radarzoom.dll, shv, and or shvdotnet. Not having any one of those files in the correct spot is the reason why your map is bugging.
    I Don't want too make a new mod folder. But I wanna delete my old map mod. What do I do? I made a universal oiv installer so just use that to uninstall your previous map mod(s).
    Will my map have those dark spots and be see through like yours? No, the only reason my map has transparency is because of my reshade preset 😊
    Can I still use this even if I play with the enhanced version and not Legacy? No and if you do install it idk whats gonna happen. But im not giving support.

    Have you ever used a basic postal code map for lspdfr and didn't like how it docent sync with your postal code plugins? Well this mod changes that. If you have ever wanted your game to be more like fivem this is the mod. This mod changes your map and allows you to feel the realism. For example when your on a traffic stop you look down and call your postal out. Now you can look at your minimap and do the same thing. Your minimap will be linked to your postal code plugin/script.

    Manual Version has been removed. I just tested the OIV on clean install with game version: 1.0.3521.0 On 06/22/25 and it works as intended. This map will most likely break your game if you play with the enhanced version of GTAV instead of Legacy Version. (If there are OIV issues in the future I will fix the OIV)
