backup your mods, and reinstall GTA IV, and dont install xlive.dll and see if u can play MP after that.

Your save games? Thats because you used xlive.dll which disables GFWL, you will have to restart your save games

You listed remove all of the ASI loaders except dsound? are you running the game as admin as well?

Remove Xlive.dll it disabled MP, as for Arreset warrent and LCPDFR, they are designed around two diffrent script hooks which will cause instability or even prevent them from working

I just set steam it self to run as admin =p to many steam games require admin for first installation. as for the images, I just skimmed and saw he had two topics and posted here, probably should have read the other posts :sweat:

Well you havent stated if you tried without mods so first up, disable ALL your mods you have and see if you can join MP after that Edit: just make you you keep dsound.dll so you still join modded matchs.

Based on your images in your other topic, its related to ELS, and running as admin (Access Denied error)
