Hello everyone. I would would be greatfull for any help with this if possible.

I have patch 1.0.7.0 and all the modding file's e.g. dsound Xlive.dll Xlive_d.dll asi loaders etc.

Ive been playing single player for a while and would love to play online with my mods the only thing i am having trouble with is that when i remove the xlive to play online i sign it and load the game, starts a new game then go onto multiplayer straight away. how ever while this prossess is going through the game crashes but doesn't give a reason? This happens on both LAN and the other one.

I also tried removing my mods to see if that helped but it didn't. Most of my mods are realism mods i.e. Arrest warrent (latest) Bank account, CrashInjury, FirstResponse, FuelScript 1.6, MechanicMod, Ticket, prison mod etc.

I would be greatfull if anyone could help me resolve this issue as i would like to experience multiplayer with mods.........

Remove Xlive.dll it disabled MP, as for Arreset warrent and LCPDFR, they are designed around two diffrent script hooks which will cause instability or even prevent them from working

Just done it and it crashed again ;o( but thank you very much for your input :o) would there be any other files that could prevent it from working?

You listed

remove all of the ASI loaders except dsound?

are you running the game as admin as well?

You may want to open event viewer as well.

Control Panel -> Administrative tools -> Event Viewer -> Windows Log -> Application Log -> Find Error

just tried it i removed the the files you said and it worked on lan but the wont load because of the files i removed.

Your save games? Thats because you used xlive.dll which disables GFWL, you will have to restart your save games

done that buddy and still crashes i think ill have to put a fresh copy on it and go from there and see if its any better? i'm using an enb aswell will that make any difference?

Dont think ENB should affect it.. Try what i said ealier

backup your mods, and reinstall GTA IV, and dont install xlive.dll and see if u can play MP after that.
