For one, the roles of the F35 and F15 and Silent Eagle are very different The F15 is a large Air Superiority fighter mainly designed for fighter to fighter combat. The F35 is versatile, maneuverable, and able to be launched off aircraft carriers. The F15 and the Silent Eagle simply cannot do any of those. You couldn't just stop producing the F35 in order to make way for Silent Eagles, you'd lose ever war you came into. Air superiority stealth fighters like pictured above are not the military's biggest purchases when it comes to aircraft, in fact it's one of the smallest. War has changed. Second, the F22 is a nice plane even though they stopped making them early on.

Unpopular opinion probably, but I thought Super Troopers (Movie about the Vermont State Police) was one of the most outrageously fictitious and unfunny movies I have ever seen. It's basically when civilians go all try hard and try to be cops be watching a couple TV Shows, it doesn't work. EDIT: didn't see the other post about Super Troopers. I just didn't find it funny at all.

To clarify Massachusetts, most police cruisers are unique to that town/city, but a few of them copy other each other because the departments buy from the same company (MHQ), which offers templates. There's a few towns I know of that copy Boston PD's appearance like Oak Bluffs. It's all personal preference for the department, for example, my MA department recently made the switch from all white to black and white. Don't believe me when police departments copy others? In America, there really isn't any "police car model" per say either. There's only "Police Package" or "Police Interceptor" which are almost entirely a civilian vehicle, with some minor differences. Generally departments will purchase from a company, (In my state it's a company called MHQ) and they'll do everything to the department's request. They'll install lighting, paint, equipment ect. There really isn't any standard, each company has their own way and each department has their own requests as well. With that said, generally lights are Red+Blue or all Blue.

Both are nice planes, F22 was one of my favorites. Hard to believe they're already discontinued. The F35 better be a nice plane, the military is putting all their eggs in the same basket on that contract.

I've had issues with this before, some vehicles just don't seem to like the game. I tried everything with one vehicle that did that to me, switched slots, switched vehicles.ide flags, even reinstalled the game. Still didn't work.

Generally a stock cooler will run cooler than a aftermarket heat sink at idle, but aftermarket heatsinks shine when the CPU is under stress. So idle, CPU Stock Fan might be 55, and for example my Hyper 212 EVO is about 100 since I just exited a game. But under stress, the EVO really only goes a little over 100, where the stock fan might go much higher than that. To be honest though, if you're not overclocking and rendering videos 24/7, there's probably not an extreme reason for a CPU cooler heatsink.

Generally on CPU coolers the fans just snap on (Make sure they're pointing the right direction) and plug into the MOBO. From the limited information I have, I'd say buy a new fan. But to truly help you, I'd have to know your CPU and CPU Cooler. If you think that replacing the CPU Cooler is a good option, go ahead and do it. I think to install a new fan, you'll have to remove the CPU Cooler and reapply thermal paste and such if there's not a lot of room. With that said, perhaps a new cooler is a good option. Extremist groups such as the Taliban, Al-Qaeda, now ISIS, did, or are now doing something called "Sharia". It's an extreme, rough interpretation of basically how everyone lives and how a society operates. At the very minimum, woman can't vote, go out in public without a male escort, females must be fully covered and not speak, ect. The list goes on and on. Public executions, mandatory male beards are all extreme policies these groups use to keep themselves in power. Just google Sharia if you're interested in what these groups promote.
