Does this work without ELS? I am playing on enhanced where ELS is not an option, and it does not seem to be working. I totally understand if this isn't working on enhanced / hasn't been tested, just curious if anyone knows, thanks!- 110 comments

DLS work with enhanced, I just cant seem to find any good vehicle packs that 1, support DLS, and 2, actually work on enhanced without crashing my game

I figured it was a limitation thing with enhanced, thank you for the reply! Replying late myself haha I figured this was the case, I just wanted to know if it was a me thing or enhanced thing, thanks!

I've tried so many different non-els addon vehicles and they all crash the game when I spawn them in with a menu. I've converted all of them to gen 9 and added the dlc names properly to the dlclist. Are most addon vehicles just not compatible with gtae? Is it the meta files that are crashing the game, or something with the file pathways in the dlc folder that is changed with gtae? Have you done any .meta file editing? Anytime I edit vehicles.meta for example, its just an instant crash. I'm very familiar with modding on legacy, but trying those methods on enhanced isn't working. I would love to just stay on legacy but I get like 20-30 fps compared to enhanced getting 60fps easily on maxed ray tracing. Thank you for the help!

FOR SOME REASON I GOT AN ERROR WHEN POSTING SO I TRIED POSTING AGAIN AND IT DUPLICATED THE POSTS For encrypting, I meant encrpyting the rpf files that are edited, vehicles.rpf and dlc.rpf, from open back to NG. My understanding from watching tutorials is that this needed to be done otherwise rockstar would revert the edited files or just crash. I haven't had success with sound files but im still messing around, and thanks for the information about ELS! Is there any resources you can provide for what you described with NVE? I will try a fresh install and see if I have luck with that. Thanks!

Is there a way to replace sounds on gta enhanced, for example weapon and sirens? I can't get vehicles to replace with LSPDFR installed, but I was able to replace them a couple months ago on enhanced. I'm doing exactly what I did before, converting to gen 9, placing them in the latest patchday, and encrypting the edited files, but the vehicles don't replace. Also, does ELS work with enhanced?
