Hello and thank you for checking out my Los Santos Metropolitan PD Pack! These liveries are based off of the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington, DC. I've been working on this pack on and off for a bit now, but it's finally at a point where I'm happy to release it. As always, the liveries are 4K and I have included reflective liveries. I would like to introduce an older project I was working on now fully public. My 2005-2011 CHP Inspired CVPI Pack. Including 2 FS Vision Rotator and 2 Hardtop CVPIs. Included in the pack is a Standard Patrol and K9 FS Vision CVPI, along with a 2011 Hardtop with the Whelen TANF Rear Deck and a 2005 Hardtop with the FS Signal Master 8. This pack does feature a couple unique quirks being a custom FS Vision setup similar to CHPs IRL Spec, along with unique emissives that change depending on your position to the lightbar to simulate IRL Color Caps. Along with the Signature CHP Wail and Yelp lighting patterns available on both Hardtops, and all models feature full working TAs and other functions thru ULC. All CVPIs feature reflective liveries as well.

Disclaimer: The upward double spotlight position has a GTA limitation with the environmental coming from the center of the vehicle, I've tried fixing this problem but I've been unsuccessful, including asking another vehicle developer, we've concluded that GTA 5 combines extralight #3 and extralight #4 into the center of both (used for these spotlights). Unfortunately, we cannot do much to resolve this, the only solution would be to remove extralight #1 and extralight #2 (Highbeams) from the FPIU itself, which is not reasonable.

Important: You will need the SirenSetting Limit Adjuster if you are going to use this model. Some lights will not work unless you have it. This model also uses DLS for the red spotlight and lightbar takedowns, so if you use this model in FiveM they may not be able to work properly.
 
I'm finally back! Here's the CHP 2020 FPIU with GM's new base. This model is using some new and/or improved parts that will eventually be added to my other CHP stuff in updates, so this is what you can expect in the future. I hope you guys enjoy!

I also want to thank Scorpionfam and Alex for their help with this project, Scorpionfam helped me with issues I had and Alex supplied some of his own CHP parts and knowledge for this model. If you want CHP vehicles specifically intended for FiveM, you should check him out.

3. Export a file called ‘dlclist.xml’ which located in GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/. Copy this file to your desktop and open it with any editor you like. After, scroll to the bottom and locate the last line that starts with ‘<Item>dlcpacks:/….’. Add a new line, then copy and paste this line:

4. Replace old file with the new one.

This vehicle is an exact replica of how a shop would've been outfitted by the Los Angeles Police Department for their C.R.A.S.H. program (Community Resources Against Street Hoodlums) in the year 1986. If you've seen the 1988 film, Colors, this car may look very familiar! The unmarked Chevy Impala was based on these vehicles used by the LAPD. however I have not found any reference of unmarked Chevy Impalas in service with the LAPD.

Description
This was somewhat of a old release of mine but i have been thinking to release this polara for a while now to the public, it is still a really nice release and one of my favorites, Lot of work was done on this vehicle at that time, From auction sites such as classic cars, Bring a trailer etc, had gathered tons of references made sure that model is as accurate as possible, interior was remodeled / reworked, taillights / headlights, body design / grill designs / panels properly align, boot, enginebay / Undercarraige .... etc, all emissive where rendered in blender.
 
Due to it being slightly dated release of mine, it doesnt have LODs
