  1. Very nice also that ink to part 2 of the pack is wrong, it brings you back to this page
  2. Look at the link Tom H posted that has good mods to use on. I don't use LCPDFR V1.0 on my system because I am part of a clan but if you aren't then I would recommend it (LCPDFR V1.0 doesn't work well in multiplayer). ELS V7 is the mod that allows you to use emergency lights on police vehicles that are ELS Enabled vehicles such as these cars: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Have fun and welcome to this website!
  3. Very Nice Double Doppler. Damn I wonder what the next car will be? A Vauxhall Omega or something?
  4. 1. LCPDFR 2. My Clan Pack 3. ELS V7 4. ELS V6 5. VDH Police Helper + Towing + MET Corner 6. My mod I'm making :)
  5. A highway round the city would b awesome for Role Play clans and a easy way to get around the city. At least Roman could "show us the city" with out the issue of "not being able to cross the bridges so good."
  6. Lol you mean just because he does London Stuff :p
  7. Thank you very much this is awesome
  8. Ok I'll check that out anyway. Thanks for the find.
  9. I have that pack it's just that I'm thinking of getting ZModeler after I've made my Safer Liberty City Mod and make the car in the picture (If Double Doppler doesn't beat me to it) :p And it's probably hard to see but t's a Halogen rotor
  10. Hi I'm just wondering what lightbar this is and if there is any unlocked versions of it '> The car is an old Met police Vauxhall Omega ARV
  11. Yeah some sort of map mod which is like this (Blue Road named M25 on the Maps) '> '> That doesn't go round the whole map tho Doesn't go round the whole map. I'm trying to find it for my clan to use for motorway/highway patrols etc
  12. (Sorry if in the wrong section) Hi guys I was wondering if there is a mod a bit like the M25 in London but for Liberty City. What I mean is a massive long highway around Liberty City with exits at important places like the Airport. I've tried looking but I've found nothing.
  13. Very Nice 5/5 loving the Scotland skins.
  14. That's alright have fun and if you want me to test your cars out when you make them send me a PM I'll quite happily test them
  15. Here are some tutorials http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/vehicle-modification-tutorial/how-to-make-a-simple-els-light-from-scratch-r78 http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/vehicle-modification-tutorial/els-setup-in-zmodeler-r77 http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/texturing-tips-and-tutorials/zmodeler-texture-codes-r76 Its probably best if you look at this http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/texturing-tips-and-tutorials/ and click on the ones you need and this one too! http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/vehicle-modification-tutorial/
  16. Ohh lol I would probably say Zmodeler then
  17. Well until you get used to things I would recommend GTA IV Vehicle Mod Installer (I'll get the link shortly). It's somewhere on GTA4 Mods.com then if you planning to install pedestrians and sirens then I would use Spark IV
  18. That's what I'm going to do or have been doing. The original lights will still be fucked up cos I cant change them but the new ones will be fixed. And I find that doing things like LCPDFR when I'm stopped at a traffic light I can't really see it that well.
  19. Mod status update: Uptown and Downtown done. Damn I didn't realise how many junctions there were in Midtown...
  20. Cool will the vehicles be ELS, Non-ELS or both?
