Ensure you have RAGE Plugin Hook and LSPD First Response installed.
Drag the Plugins folder into your main Grand Theft Auto V directory.
Navigate to Plugins/LSPDFR/SpeedRadar.ini to customize your settings.
Launch GTA V via RagePluginHook and go On Duty.

Cop Holster is an RPH plugin that adds some unique functionality to the police handgun holster. It removes the handgun from the holster if a pistol is a drawn. It also comes with intimidation mode -- a simple feature that allows you to put your hand on your holster. Cop Holster works with both the player and AI officers.

Installation
Place CopHolster.dll and CopHolster.xml in your Plugins folder.
When ingame, open the RPH console (default F4) and type LoadPlugin CopHolster.dll.
 
Features
Dynamic holsters for both the player an AI officers. Animations that automatically play when holstering and unholstering. Intimidation mode, a feature that allows you to put your hand on your holster. Toggle with Right Shift Key (keyboard) or Left DPad (controller). Highly configurable! Turn off animations, change keys, add new ped models for Cop Holster support, you name it.  
Questions
Does this come with RDE support?
The RDE Cop Holster config file is in the RDE 3.1 download.
 
Does this come with EUP support?
Yes. Cop Holster comes with support for EUP 7.5.
 
How does Cop Holster work?
All ped models in GTA have what are called drawables. They are pieces of clothing or equipment that can vary between instances of that model. Many of the default cop models have two holster drawables. One is empty, and one has a pistol. Cop Holster simply changes between those two drawables depending on if you have your pistol drawn or not to give the illusion that you are taking the pistol out of the holster.   

I'm a ped model developer and would like to make my model work with Cop Holster. How would I go about doing that?

HOW TO INSTALL!!!
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Drag and drop the "rpd pack" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/rpd pack/</Item>
Navigate to GTAV - plugins - DLS
Drag and drop the DLS XML's into the folder.
And lastly, Navigate to GTAV - Plugins
and edit your DLS ini. You will do this by going to the DLS ini i provided
then copy anything in the bottom of the INI past the "## THE FOLLOWING MODES ARE CUSTOM MADE"
and paste them inside of your own INI at the bottom. (or just drag and drop my ini i won't judge.)
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

Having texture problems?
Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.

Kuchera Callouts is designed to be a highly replayable LSPDFR callout pack, allowing players to build upon the provided scenarios and use other modifications to further enhance scenes, investigations, and day-to-day police work. This callout pack offers a range of high-intensity calls that will have players seeking cover, as well as regular day-to-day calls that a typical police officer might encounter. Some callouts might seem high-intensity upon response, only for players to later discover that the suspects have already fled the scene. Customization options are available, letting players edit the included .ini file to modify police vehicle models, peds, and callout activation.
 
Two Versions
Base - No other mods or callouts required, perfect for a more vanilla experience. Callout Interface [new] - You will need to download and install callout interface  first, in order for this callout pack to work.

Key Features
Replay Factor - This callout pack has a vast number of coordinates and potential outcomes to ensure replayability. Every situation can end differently; even when you believe a situation is resolved, the suspect might surprise you. Enhanced Interactions [new] - Instead of having players repeatedly press the 'Y' button to progress through a memorized chat dialog, I've incorporated a range of randomized one-liners that suspects might say upon your arrival. These give hints on how to navigate each situation. While your imagination will guide your investigations, I recommend using this callout pack alongside other LSPDFR mods like Stop The Ped and Ultimate Backup. Although they're not mandatory, they enhance the experience. Note: This pack doesn't spoon-feed you with dialogues on how to manage situations - that's up to you. For instance, if you see someone walking away from an accident scene, it's intentional. Suspect and Vehicle Items - Specific callouts may have items added to the suspect or vehicle inventory to guide your police action (e.g., burglary tools for silent alarms, drug paraphernalia for drug related calls, fake police badges for police impersonation calls). Always be alert; some suspects might carry weapons, like knives or broken bottles Realistic Calls - I have included a number of more "realistic" day to day calls that a police officer may respond to. Note, these calls can still lead to some hectic situations. Location Based Calls - You will only receive calls that are designated for your style of patrol. (patrolling the county will get you county calls, patrolling the city will get you city calls, etc). In addition, a number of the callouts will take you down into parking garages, alleyways, and nooks that you never knew existed in GTA. Search Areas - Some callouts will utilize a search area instead of a blip to have you do some real police work and investigate an area for the reported crime. False Alarms - There is a small chance that the call you are headed to is an ambush or false alarm or anything in-between.  Customization - This callout pack also comes with a .ini that you can edit to add your own city and county specific peds and vehicles along with the ability to disable callouts if you do not want them to dispatch. Ransom Ambience is a LSPDFR plugin that implements location-based ambient events to increase realism
during your patrols across Los Santos and Blaine County.
 
Features
Variety: Ransom Ambience offers you plenty of events of which some even have different scenarios! This way you won't get bored and you don't have to play the same stuff over and over again. The plugin is also under active development which means that new events are added every update to keep you busy during your patrols across the whole map!
  Lightweight: Ransom Ambience isn't heavily scripted which gives you the full range of opportunities on how you want to deal with an event.
You want to arrest the ped? Go on. You want let the ped go? Go on. You want to ignore the crimes they are commiting? Sure, go on. No annoying scripting that forces you to do something or react in some kind of way. It's just you and your own judgement!
  Location System: Ransom Ambience is dependent on the zone/neighborhood that you are currently in. Some events have a higher chance of occuring in certain areas while others have a lower chance of occuring or don't occur at all. Want action? Try patrolling in high-crime neighborhoods but pay close attention to your surroundings. Want to relax? Just patrol in a different area of the map, sit back and enjoy your chill patrol with only small crimes happening.
  Customizable: Don't like the probabilities of crimes in certain areas? Want to increase or decrease action in certain areas? Well, no problem! Ransom Ambience allows you to fully customize the chances of crimes occuring. Read the README of the 'RansomAmbience' folder for a (almost) step-by-step tutorial on how to adjust your game experience.
  Pursuit System: Ransom Ambience of course offers you plenty of situations where you are able to participate in a pursuit. However, can you still remember how I was talking about your freedom of dealing with events? Exactly: You are not forced to participate in a pursuit, instead you will be asked if you want to initiate a pursuit. If not, simply ignore the prompt and continue your patrol!   
Requirements

As already mentioned the ambient events are location-based meaning certain events have a higher chance of
occuring at certain places while others have a lower chance.
 
In order for events to spawn you have to make yourself available for calls which you can do using two ways:
1. If you use "GrammarPolice" you have to change your status to "Available" (e.g. going 10-8/Code 4).
2. You can open your LSPDFR interaction menu (default: M), go to "Police Radio" and switch "Available for calls" to "Yes".
If you want events to happen regardless whether you are available for calls or not, head to the plugins config menu (default: F6) and tick "Always allow events". 🙂
 
These are not callouts but events that may happen around you at random.

Flashlight Improved
 
This mod enhances both the Flashlight texture and its projection distance, allowing you to more effectively illuminate distant buildings, vehicles, and other objects. It works for Default weapons (Combat Pistol, Carbine, etc) but I have also included a version for ThinLineSanctuary's DDM4V7
 
I know there are several other mods like this out there, but none of them looked quite how I wanted. I originally created this for personal use, but decided to share it in case others find it useful too, especially with it only taking like 10 minutes to make.
(which definitely shouldn't have to be purchased tbh)

Officer Safety First: Certain volatile callouts, such as Domestic Disturbances, will actively prompt you to stage your vehicle and wait for backup before making contact.
Zero Memory Leaks: Built with an automated scene-cleanup system. Once a scene is cleared, all spawned pedestrians, vehicles, and blips are properly dismissed to keep your game running smooth over long patrols.

Ensure you go On Duty via the LSPDFR menu in-game to begin receiving these new callouts!
