im not for sure, couldnt tell you, in fraps everything is set to the highest and game setting are at medium, if this helps prob. dont but i get around 30 fps with a enb in, fyi i my self like to make videos with enbs in! SO it looks better.

Howdy all, I was wondering this, im 95% there isnt this but is there a bicycle mod, to ride a bike in gta iv?? Even though ive never seen a bike made for gta iv lol!
