When I began modding, I had nothing but some very basic unlocked/released parts. I modified those parts to fit my needs and make other stuff. You should be able to do the same.

Thanks for the fun fact but wouldn't you already be committing a major crime? I think a charge for being in possession of a bulletproof vest would be dropped in such a case.
