    Found the issue: 3 add-on modifications from ThinLineSanctuary (Specifically Axon Body 4, Guardian Load Bearing Vest, and add-on belts caused this issue. Removing them fixed it immediately. Will reach out to TLS himself.

    This unfortunately wasn't the cause of the issue, but I was missing a both a data folder and metadata file from the update folder so that's interesting. I also dragged all of the dlcpacks into the mods folder (I usually don't to save space). Still the same error though I hope my RAM isn't corrupted lol.

    The plugin: LSPD First Response should not be loaded more than once. Open the startup.rphs file in your GTAV folder and remove its content. Save and close the file and test again.

    Turn off this option: Main.PreloadAllModels = false in your lspdfr.ini file

    Weird question but are you connected to the internet? If so, I suggest reinstalling LSPDFR base only.

    I would suggest reinstalling CalloutInterface since that's what it looks like is crashing your game.
