    The plugin: LSPD First Response should not be loaded more than once. Open the startup.rphs file in your GTAV folder and remove its content. Save and close the file and test again.

    Weird question but are you connected to the internet? If so, I suggest reinstalling LSPDFR base only.

    I would suggest reinstalling CalloutInterface since that's what it looks like is crashing your game.
