I was able to get my lightbars working, but some issues still remain. 1) I can't accept a call. I've programed my left D-pad for that, as well as the original "Y" key, but neither work. The only way I can accept a call is if I get out of my car and press Y, and only then does it sometimes work. 2) If I do end up successfully accepting and completing a call, upon completion I get a little telephone logo with an X through it in the bottom left corner of my screen. I can't get rid of it, and I can longer receive calls because I'm still "busy". I can toggle between busy and not busy, and I get the prompt at the top-left corner saying "you are no longer busy/are busy and will receive/will not receive calls", but the little logo on the bottom left won't go away and I won't get any calls. 3) It's a nightmare trying to program the controller to do specific things. My most successful programming was to get rid of the tactics wheel that came up when I clicked the left thumbstick. Anyone have any suggestions? 4) I downloaded the dashcam mod but when I launched GTA, just before I could physically control my character, I got a notice at the top saying Dash Cam Error. 5) Unrelated to the gaming portion, but I had the GTA vehicle installer v1.2 working fine. It was able to find the "path to game" and had the green checkmark and all I had to do was choose to location of the car file. A while later I tried to load another car I downloaded, but now there was a red "X" next to the "path to game" field, even though the location was the exact same as before (program files x86, steam, steamapps, common, GTAIV.....". Tried reinstalling, same issue. This is really getting on my nerves as I built my PC 95% for this game. Some please help. Thank you. I apologize for making these posts, but I am very frustrated.

Ok, so I just remove everything from the INSTALLATION FILES folder and put it with the rest of the directory files, and them delete the empty INSTALLATION FILES folder since it is now obsolete? Also, there are two folders inside the INSTALLATION FILES folder, named "common" and "ELS". Shall I also open those up and remove their contents and place them into the directory as well, or should I just move those folders themselves, along with the rest of the INSTALLATION FILES contents into the directory?

Hi Will, thanks for the response. So you are saying that even though the main INSTALLATION FILES folder is in the GTA directory, I need to physically move each individual file inside the INSTALLATION FILES folder into the GTA directory, essentially leaving the INSTALLATION FILES main folder empty?

Also, I can't accept callouts, and sometimes it'll say "Hold ~ to join pursuit" but when I do, it brings up that command menu (yes I hold down shift). I took phone pics because the PC I play on isn't connected to the internet and Im posting this form my mac. (I take my PC down to my router if I need internet, its a long story). I'm using an Asus Radeon R9 280x 3GB DirectCU II but for some reason, I can't increase the resolution to 1080p. My monitor is 1080p, and all of my hardware is pretty decent (i5 4690K 3.5 GHz, MSI Z97 G45 MOBO). Anyone know what's up?

I just finished installing 1.0c and I think I ran into an issue, yet the mod itself initiates in-game when I press alt+p. Anyway, I have a few pics showing my steps along the way and if you could perhaps point out what I did wrong, that'd be great. NOTE: the first two photos show my GTA4 files. I posted them in case something looks off (I installed LCPD:FR last night and deleted it because I thought it didn't work, so I uninstalled it and tried to delete all of it's associated files but I'm now paranoid about accidentally deleting a GTA4 file. Let me know if there is something missing) Beginning from the 3rd pic, those were the steps I took. Thank you! EDIT: fuck sakes the pictures are sideways. I'm sorry about that, please bear with me.
