  1. Don't celebrate Halloween in my Household, but regardless, Happy Halloween Folks!
  2. Hello, thanks for the response Lenny. So, after I posted this, I went in the Game and tested again, I had JUST edited the XML further and dropped it here, then I went back in Game to check, and it worked. However, I still need help lol. I'll be honest, I went in the XML and just Edited every single line that had to do with Blaine County Sheriff PEDs. It worked, but I am wondering if that is the correct way to do it, or if there is a specific section of PED Lines that should be edited. Also, I noticed yesterday that Ambient Units were still wearing Vanilla Clothing. Not a huge issue since Vanilla Units very rarely get out of their Vehicles in my Game. RagePluginHook.logNo Errors or crashes Game Wise, just trying to pinpoint exactly how to edit these XMLs properly, that way I can just do everything I need and it be proper and streamlined instead of wasting so much time gambling on whether or not I did it right. Thanks again.
  3. Hi. I have recently done a full switch to PolicingRedefined, and I am trying to get my custom Uniforms to work within it. I have never done this before (Uniform Editing for Backup and Ambient Units) even when I was using UB, because I figured it would just be a headache (which it has proven to be so) I went into the DefaulRegions.xml in my PR Folder, and swapped out what I thought was appropriate, and now PR fails to load, obviously because I am doing improperly. My XML is attached, if anyone could guide me to a Tutorial that covers this, or just guide me on how to do it properly, I would be very grateful, thank you. DefaultRegions.xml
  4. Could you please do a tut on how this works, I can't seem to figure this out in terms of finding the proper placement for the converted text in PR. 😅
  5. I've thought about it, but currently, no. Doing Q&A XMLs is quite time consuming. Fortunately, there are other Q&A Overhauls for PR out there!

Hello. I have managed to extract and reformat my Old PatDownItems and VehicleItems List that I have been using for quite awhile, probably well over a Year at this point, as well as make a few additions. There are a lot of items in these Lists, too many to list here. It covers everything from Drugs, to normal everyday items, and Firearms, with a specific emphasis on realistic Firearm Names and a wide Variation. Feel free to make any edits you'd like to the Lists, but please refrain from Re-Uploading. Enjoy. Also, I will be releasing my Charges and Citations for RP+ so be on the look out.
  6. Going to be really honest here, you are running a pretty hefty LSPDFR install. The Loss of FPS is completely normal and comes with installing many Plugins/Scripts alongside each other. The only solution here would be to: A. Uninstall some Plugin/Scripts to clean up your Game Folder a bit and maybe gain back some FPS. B. Remove Plugins/Scripts Individually until you find one that may be creating such a significant impact (very time consuming) C. Lower Game settings (not a guarantee, but can help in some cases) D. Remove any Graphics Overhauls such as QuantV, ReShade, NVR. Drop your RPH.log so I can read over it for good measure. But from what I can see, you are just running into an issue that comes along with heavily modified and scripted Installs. You have to keep in mind, LSPDFR (along with all other GTA V Mods) is basically a "Brute Force Mod" GTA V is NOT designed for such a thing. EDIT: My recommendation would be to closely examine your Scripts especially, as they are typically the most resource intensive. I cannot tell you which ones to remove individually as we have two very different setups. But I would remove some Scripts that you don't feel necessary and some Plugins like Callouts that you could do without.

Can you give me a Screenshot/List of your Plugins Folder as well as your Scripts Folder if you have one?
  8. Need your List of Mods (Plugins), Scripts, and your RagePluginHook.log found in your Games Root Folder.
  9. Was hoping this would Update one day! Thank you.
  10. Navigate to your Directory, rename your mods folder to _mods and try again, if it works, your Mods Folder may be corrupted.
  11. Novice Mod Dev here, still developing Mods that I only use by myself, but if I had to guess, this wouldn't be OVERLY complex but it would certainly be a bit of a Pain to make happen. You would essentially have to generate the PED to where it actually exists, (parked cars with no PEDs just use whatever name was generated for the car when it was spawned into the World, the PED doesn't necessarily actually exist in the World) and then specify where that PED Spawns, how the interaction should go, create multiple spawn points (pretty easy), ect ect. The main thing would be generating a PED with the exact same attributes as the PED that may come up when you run a Car Plate, e.g. if you use something like Compulite, the PED that gets generated may look different than the PED that the Car comes back to, have different attributes (e.g. DOB, Warrants, Arrest History, Address, ect), that sort of thing. So, would making a Caveman version of this where you throw Immersion and continuity out of the Window be simple? maybe, but making something like this that would actually be immersive and fully functional? taller order. Ideally you would create a Callout for it that incorporates the Car itself, that way the Car is Spawned by the Callout, knows exactly where to take the player, ect. I could be wrong, I could be sort of right, but from my relatively limited experience developing Callouts, this would be a bit tedious to make happen. For me personally, if I find a Car Parked Illegally, I just run the Plate, get the name, and give the "Owner" a Citation which will pop up in my System a few days with a Verdict.

Did you change anything with the DefaultRegions.xml?
  13. 1. Check Game Settings, heighten as appropiate if applicable. 2. List your PC Specs. 3. locate your LSPDFR.ini in yourdrive\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr and change "Main.PreloadAllModels = true" to false.
  14. What are you trying to fix? the Storage error?
  15. As far as I know, he plans on implementing some changes to the Lookup! If you're interested in some info on how U.S. LE Operates in a very general sense: U.S. Databases vary by State/Agency. However, the most common thing I have seen is First, Last, DOB, SSN (Social Security Number, a unique & secretive number assigned to U.S. Citizens at Birth) Most normal Traffic Stops/LE Interactions use the specific State DMV (Dept of Motor Vehicles, sometimes called other things depending on State, responsible for issuing Licenses, Vehicle Registrations, ect) in order to Run checks on Individuals and Vehicles. Law Enforcement also has the capability to utilize NCIC (National Crime Information Center) this is a System that LE uses to check for things like Nationwide Warrants, Verify Identity, Verify that things like License Plates are not Stolen, ect in the U.S. basically, if a Plate on a Car is from a different State than where the Traffic Stop is occurring, Law Enforcement can run that information through NCIC and see if it is in fact stolen.
  16. The pleasure is all mine! I really enjoy this Application! as for an idea towards implementing the Affiliation System smoothly, I was thinking maybe a locational System? I am not by any means a programmer nor do I know the first thing about it. But I was thinking maybe if you are Patrolling a Specific area, say Davis, then there is a much higher chance that the PEDs you interact with will have an Affiliation Flag, or, just simply make it a Probability System. I will say, there are plenty of People who would be considered Documented Gang Members, who do not (yet) have a Record. It does happen through things like Officers and FIRs (Field Interview Reports) though, I cannot speak to how common it is. As for Aliases, if you wanted to do a really simplistic route, have it be based in an XML format, and use the help of AI to generate a long list of random Street Aliases, while also writing a few of your own, and then create a Probability System for how often they will appear. Doing it this way is, I assume, simpler for you as the Programmer, and also since it would be in XML Formatting, us, the consumers, can go into the XML and do it all ourselves, or add to it. About the whole Warrants ordeal, I knew when I added that point that it is likely something that isn't quite in your control, I use a fully custom and realistic XML set that is extremely specific to my State, outside of a few Charges and Citations added for Gameplay sake. This makes this particular issue pretty annoying, since my Charges have a few things like "Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st" so occasionally I will see someone with a entirely clean record with a Warrant as a "Habitual Offender". I can understand if this is something you can't really fix since I do not use the default XML sets. Just throwing it out there as a general gripe that I have with all Plugins that do similar things, including CompuLite. 1 Idea I had, and I have absolutely no clue how feasible it would be, would involve making it to where I can add exceptions to PEDs having certain things as Warrants, unless they meet a specific criteria in terms of what their priors are that I set myself, building it around my specific Charges XML. Maybe adding an entirely new "app" that would allow me to do this. Basically, I am thinking of something akin to "If, X then, XX" Statements that could be baked into the Data for my App, but instead of me learning how to Code (and destroying everything in the process!), maybe you could pull off a small Application that would have the capability of creating the necessary Code and turning it into a useful File Type for the App itself. Again, I am completely ignorant when it comes to Coding, so if I sound like an idiot, forgive me. I am not entirely sure if/how this would be at all possible, since I assume the Data for every PED is generated upon Interaction, but I am just throwing it out there and seeing if it is at all something that sounds reasonable without having to make you overwork yourself. In any case, the Application is very well done, and I greatly appreciate and respect the amount of work you must have into it and I look forwards to seeing some of these things implemented, I hope to see it's continued Updates and Support long into the future!
  17. Alright, so after even more time using this App, I have even more things to report that can be improved or should be outright fixed. Sometimes, I will pull over a Vehicle, and the Person Driving is not the Registered Owner. COMPLETELY NORMAL, until I go to look up the R.O. and the R.O. is a 2 Year Old Child who has a Warrant and is on Probation. Sometimes they're 2 Years Old, sometimes they're 8 Years Old, I've had 16 Year Old R.Os pop up too, which would be acceptable. I am not entirely sure if this is something that could be fixed, at least probably not easily, but I really wish that Warrants would be sensible. Sometimes I will have a Person who is wanted for something like Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd, but they have zero prior PCS Charges. Or it will be something like Felon in Possession of a Firearm, but the Person is not a Convicted Felon. If there is anyway to fix this, even if it would have to be on my own accord, let me know! It would be nice if the License Box in the PED Lookup worked the same as the Boating License, Fishing License, or Warrant Box. I would like to be able to click on the License Status and be able to see when it was expired, or when/why it was Suspended. One minor thing I would like to see more use out of is the Flag, Alias, and Affiliations System. I have just now began to see Flags pop up on PEDs, but I have still never seen Affiliation, or Alias Flags pop up. One BIG thing that could hugely improve immersion, on top of the other things listed, is to be able to have PEDs with Multiple Warrants. I am not sure if this is something to do with Engine Limitations, but if it is possible to do, I would love to see it! It would be nice to have to type in the Name & DOB, maybe even License Number for PED Lookups. But make it optional of course.
  18. To be clear, I did in fact read your pinned comment, I am no imbecile. The fact of the matter is that after installing your Plugin it caused my GP to not work, and your "Move it & then move it again" fix, did not work. Simple as that. If you want people to see that GP may have an issue, it would probably be wise to put that in the main about section here on this Page.
  19. Installed this cause it looks cool, completely broke my Grammar Police Radio. Radio appears but the Buttons do not. Uninstalled for that reason.
