@Yard1 I know special missions have special NoOsE with different guns, I just want so when I play LCPDFR my NoOsE team can use MP5's instead of M4's.

@Mr.Quiggles, You said what I was going to say about charger's not good for taxis...also it's just a model, if you want a good handling for a charger just copy the FIB buffalo one.

How can I change my NoOsE weapons? I would really like to know how so my NoOsE team can carry MP5's instead of M4's. Thanks to everyone that replied.

Everytime I try to play offline my game crashes. My GTA is weird at times, I don't really like to play offline though.

ELS isn't a required mod for anything, Except ELS enabled cars. To download it, It has a few files like ELS.ini, ELS.asi, Scripthook.asi and a folder named common (I don't know if I listed everything). Just drag those into Grand theft auto IV>GTAIV!
