Hello,

I am new to this mod and forums. I just recently installed LCPDFR. However, I came across a mod called "Emergency Light System" (or ELS). I am not sure whether this is needed or a worthwhile mod? I did download it, but no idea how to install the thing since I dont see any .exe files or any instructions as to whether i need to copy/paste contents.

Either way, your feedback is most welcome. So far I only installed the latest LCPDFR mod, nothing else. Any suggestions for other mods, please let me know.

ELS isn't a required mod for anything, Except ELS enabled cars. To download it, It has a few files like ELS.ini, ELS.asi, Scripthook.asi and a folder named common (I don't know if I listed everything). Just drag those into Grand theft auto IV>GTAIV!

I just started the game, still learning the commands. Would be nice if they had an in-game menu or command box to view what you can do.

if your talking about ELS Menu, press "ALT+M" your menu will pop up.
