  1. UPDATE: When I start the game once, I start the LCPDFR script by pressing ALT+P, the mod starts and I can then drive to a police station or simply type "forceduty" in the console. My issue has been that I still could not pull over random vehicles. THE FIX: After doing what I wrote above, in the console type "reloadscripts". Then do what I wrote above again for the 2nd time. I am now able to pull random people over and everything seems to work a lot better and not crash as much either.
  2. You mentioned that you normally play single player. Are you still starting a multiplayer game but by yourself or are you actually starting with the campaign?
  3. If you have Fraps, can you please record the video and upload it to youtube so I can see it. I just find it hard to believe that on 3 different PCs, I am having the same exact problem.
  4. FYI, I just installed it on a 3rd PC that is basically a pretty bare Windows 7 install. Same exact thing as I first described.
  5. Did you respond to any calls before trying to pull someone over? I do not know why I am having this problem. I also am using EFLC (BoGT). I have no mods at all other than the LCPDFR of course. I am using stock vehicles and everything. I installed the game, updated the game, installed lcpffr 1.0b and started a multiplayer free4all game by myself. Version RC2 of lcpdfr used to work fine. I could pull over anyone for any reason. Ever since lcpdfr 1.0, I noticed this issue. I remember that is also was present in 1.0a and the only way I could pull over a random car was if I got in a chase with one that was running from me and then after that I could pull over other cars. One thing I will add is that I have Visual Studio 2012, SQL, etc installed on both of my PCs that I tested this on since I do some programming at my job. I am going to install it on another windows 7 machine that does not have these things installed and see what happens. Anyone else out there able to test this?
  6. UPDATE 3/30/2014: When I start the game once, I start the LCPDFR script by pressing ALT+P, the mod starts and I can then drive to a police station or simply type "forceduty" in the console. My issue has been that I still could not pull over random vehicles. THE FIX: After doing what I wrote above, in the console type "reloadscripts". Then do what I wrote above again for the 2nd time. I am now able to pull random people over and everything seems to work a lot better and not crash as much either. END UPDATE www.youtube.com/watch?v=hB9FD3x6wOU As you will see in the video above. As soon as I get in my patrol car and try to pull over a random vehicle, they attempt to stop but then take off again. This will happen over and over and over no matter how many different cars I try to pull over. I noticed something new that you will also see in the video above. While I was attempting to randomly pull over a car, they decided to flee. The red arrow then went over their car so I knew that the "flee" script in LCPDFR was running. I then called for backup and I ended up catching and shooting the person. The script ended successfully. After that, I decided to try and pull over a random vehicle and it actually worked. I then pulled over another one and it worked. Whatever the bug is, it stays that way until someone you're trying to pull over tries to flee. After that event, you are then able to pull over any car you want which is how this should always work. Can some of you verify that you are having the same problems? I've tried this on 2 different computers with compeltely different hardware and at 2 seperate locations. They both do it exactly as I described above. My game version is fully updated and is EFLC. The 2nd PC I verified this bug on had a fresh install of the game and the lcpdfr mod. Nothing else.
  7. If you decide to pull someone over randomly, in other words, not a callout. Maybe someone went through a red light or whatever and you want to pull them over. Their vehicle will start the process of pulling over and almost stop but then they take off and keep going. They are not fleeing, because if you get real close to the back of their car it still tells you to exit your vehicle. This is a bug and not a game crash. I was playing last night and had some callouts and one of them was a drunk driver. I noticed that I was able to randomly pull people over after some events took place. If you go into the game and try to pull someone over right away, the bug I described above happens.
  8. For me, every time I try to do a traffic stop, the car starts pulling over but then just keeps going.
  9. No log files attached since this was not a crash but I do have some useful info about a couple of things that need to be fixed you should know about. 1) Pressing F7 to start or stop calls does not seem to work always. I've received calls when it was off and would not receive calls when it was on. I've been playing by using the /forceduty command like I always do. I do not recall this happening when I actually go into the police station but I can't say for sure just yet. 2) When pulling someone over and they decide to run (pursuit), if I have my siren on, they stop like everyone else when they should continue fleeing. As soon as I get out of my vehicle, they take off again since my siren turns off when I step out. 3) When interacting with a criminal such as arresting them, sometimes it starts to do the process but then the person starts walking away and my character starts automatically walking slow behind them and I cannot control him. If I'm lucky they will be close enough and it will do the process and complete it. Many times I am unlucky and they end up walking too far away and it crashes.
