Early Morning Robbery
From the album: Lakeview County
A robbery took place at the Paleto Bay Discount Store early this morning. Police were called to the Discount Store just after 5 A.M. after a resident across the street observed an unknown male wearing dark clothing pointing a weapon at the clerk. Upon arrival, the suspect was attempting to leave and discharged his firearm at police. Police returned fire and the suspect was shot at the scene, and is now in critical, life threatening condition in hospital. No police officers were reported to be injured and the clerk was not harmed. Police remain on scene to investigate while waiting for the San Andreas Serious Incident Response Team to attend. -
The '15 Charger it is!
Unfortunately, I'd love to agree, but I can't. Lakeview County Fleet Services shows only 13 active Ford Crown Victorias as of today, with 4 of them nearing their service life.

After much success with the earlier charger models, which replaced the traditional Crown Victoria's, Lakeview County Police have motioned to purchase 35 2015 Dodge Charger Police Packaged models to add on to their fleet. Spotted here, one of the 35 chargers is already in service and hard at work! -

Winter
From the album: Termination Media
After three days of heavy snowfall, it's clear to Blaine County residents: Winter is here. The Blaine County Sheriff's Office has responded to over fourty motor vehicle collisions, five of which had fatalities on scene. "We want to urge drivers to exercise extreme caution on the roadways. It's dangerous." said Spokesperson John Raker in a press release. The Blaine County Sheriff's Office had these tips to share: If you do not have to drive, stay home. Ensure that your vehicle is properly outfitted with winter tires. It's slippery when it's wet! Slow down there! Maximize the distance between you and the vehicle ahead of you. Recommended in winter conditions is four - six car lengths. "We are starting to enforce the winter driving laws at this point, which means we will be doing spot checks on vehicles and handing out fines for violations, such as driving without winter tires." "It's imperative that drivers use their judgement when driving. If it seems as if it's getting too slippery or you start feeling uneasy while driving at fast speeds, either pull over and wait for conditions to get better, or slow down!" - Duk's Pond

2000 CVPI??
Lundy is right, the 2000 interceptors used the classic horizontal slat grille rather than the honeycomb. The only difference at that point was that the grille was painted black instead of the LX Chrome.
