This is good intent but there two problems, one most the cars having the broken headlight problem get they windshield busted too and two this script affected emergency vehicles also, i was in a traffic stop and suddently the headlight and winshield of my patrol car broke.

Would be nice to add questions for someone at proximity of a vehicle reported stolen and questions for robberies, maybe burglaries and i think the homicide questions would be good to add. And also sometimes i can't tell if a suspect is refusing an order for example when i request an ID, would be nice to add a word "refusing" and i think suspect should be more often cooperative, i find it pretty common of suspects being hostile or uncooperative. And lastly would be also nice to add that a vehicle is stolen with the VIN Check (For you content "Charge Reborn" there no VIN tampering charges ).

For the high risk escort there an issue. The officers with the backup police car, they will shoot everyone who fire a firearm, even patrolling cops which cause they to kill law enforcement officers as they themself law enforcement officers. This would be cool that when there is a speeding vehicle event, some cars would try to reach their max like getting to 90, 100, 110 MPH. The cars only reach to 77-78 MPH and stay at that rate of speed to me.
